The waiters did not speak English. Kid's club was closed.

SPA was excellent. Hydro massages, other SPA procedures and entertainment events were numerous. Never seen that before while I was in three dozens different SPAs in 6 countries. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. The personnel is very kind and responds to non-standard requests.

The main sauna world is under construction till 30.04.2024 with no warning on the website, so no steam bath, no aroma cabin, no tepidarium. There are just 2 Finnish sauna.

Excellent spot for a relaxing stay, very good food, nice pools. All locations are extremely clean. very friendly and helpful staff. I could just recommend it for everyone. The Sauna Master is an artist. Congrats. Please keep him in you team. We will definitely come back,again, and again.

While my room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness, I couldn't help but wish it was a bit larger. Additionally, one aspect that presented a challenge was the predominant use of the German language by the staff. For guests who do not understand German, such as myself, communication was occasionally difficult.

My stay at Hotel Carbona in Hungary was nothing short of delightful. The culinary offerings at the hotel were good. The breakfast and dinner buffets boasted a good selection of both local and international cuisine, catering to every palate. Furthermore, my room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness, with a delightful balcony. The attention to maintaining high standards of cleanliness truly enhanced the overall experience. The option to select the softness of one's pillow from the brochure exemplified the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. In summary, my stay at Hotel Carbona was a truly wonderful experience. The salt room could be upgraded.

The hotel was very nice and the staff super friendly. The SPA facilities were well-maintained. The room was spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony. The food options were excellent. The hotel is close to lake Balaton, which was great for a day trip.

There is no flexibility around check in, we had no traffic on motorways travelling through Austria and managed to be there at midday, 2 hours ahead of the check in (2pm check in) we had to wait bang on to 2pm to get the keys to our room. There could be a bit more understanding and flexibility from the staff, especially if you pay for the premium room.

Facilities are good, nice selection of thermal baths. The food was simply amazing and I will defo go back.

Nothing could have been done better.

The pools were amazing and we absolutely loved our circle bed and balcony. The food was also exceptional, lots of choice and love the breads, butters and cheese selection. All of the staff deserve recognition for their amazing work at this hotel.

Very relaxing stay! Attentive and friendly service, nice spas and saunas inside the hotel, generous pool for swimming. A lot of variety at the food buffet in the evening.

The breakfast is a bit crowdy, and for me as a vegan it was hard to find anything to eat. But that's the case in many Hotels.

One staff member at the restaurant was very impolite with both the guests and his fellow colleagues. It was very surprising given that everything else was excellent in the hotel.

The hotel is superb, clean and comfortable, with spa, outdoor pool, excellent wellness facilities, so everything you need, is at the same place! The breakfast and dinner buffet offers a great variety of delicious food.
