Music was too loud in the lobby, and I could hear it from my bedroom until about 11:30 pm. If you are traveling for a long time, facing jetlag, and must get to your hotel to sleep right away before starting your fun time, the loud music in the lobby might be an issue.

The bed was super comfortable, staff was nice and friendly, the location was great.

I highly reccomend this hotel if you are in LA for 5days /1 week. Great value for money. Nice structure, safe area, good vibes, every night there's some show in the lobby. PS: they also anticipated the check-in time to help us.

This hotel is a event venue hotel. Almost every night there some kind of event at the lobby, be it a private event, a live show or DJ. If you stay on the same floor where the lobby is or one floor above, you may have a hard-time sleeping at night. If you are not there for events like we were, definitely, upgrade to the corner quiet rooms. We had no noise complaints.

Since the moment you walk-in you realize you are not in an ordinary hotel. The lobby, the bar and overall vibe was great and very accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the pool was warm at night. The staff is great and try to help you in anyway that can. Thanks Brendan!

- small bathroom - cleaning only if you request it (but all good if you do) - no possibility to open windows and very dark room on floor 2 - expensive for what it is : quality for price is low but as everywhere in the US… - soundproof is very bad so you can hear everything from one room to another. There is music on the reception floor.

While it's not my first visit, I have a small suggestion for the management. On the first day, my room wasn't serviced, so I approached the reception. They informed me that housekeeping is not a daily service and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. Personally, I prefer hotels over apartments due to the convenience of room service. I appreciate returning to a well-made bed and a clean room after a day of work. While I understand this might be a new policy, it's something to consider for future stays, as it may influence my choice of hotel.

Everything about the room was great, except some staining in the bottom of the tub. Typically wouldn't bother me as I'm a shower person. But felt like going for an old school espon salt soak and didn't feel it was clean enough to do so.

Incredibly friendly, inclusive/diverse (go POCs) and responsive staff. The hotel is hip and cool without that pretentious Hollywood feel. Location is prime. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful side view of the pool, which in warmer weather is a great place to hang. Bed was amazing, no external noise issues, space for work, etc.

Well parking went up to 65 dollars.. which I thought was expensive! And hotels charging to park your car to stay at their hotel is ridiculous!.. also while the hotel is a good location for what I want to do.. the beds are uncomfortable.. too hard!.. you would think they would be more comfortable for what this hotel charges per night.

Everything was good but only to mention that the room booked for 3 was set up for only 2 people in terms of towels and glasses and water availability in the room.

The hotel lobby focuses a lot on being cool and the place to be, so it's awkward to check in at night. Like rocking up to a night club with suitcases. And the staff weren't very friendly. Multiple room keys got deactivated before check out, just a bit annoying.

The hotel has a great vibe. Fun place to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfy and windows were big. The location in West Hollywood is great.

Ziggy does not do house cleaning everyday. Asked the staff for assistance but did not give a satisfactory reply.

There are indie band performances every Fri and Sat. Enjoyed them. Decoration and vibe of hotel. Has a pool and gym too.

My room was directly next to the staff parking lot or a loading dock of some kind, so my view was limited and I felt I had to keep my blinds closed any time I was in my room (which was a lot while I was working). I also wish there had been a secure wifi for guests only. I was surprised to see that there was no password for the wifi and anyone who entered the hotel (for events, drinks, etc) could hop on.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food at the attached restaurant was delicious. The decor was very cool. I didn't end up checking out any of the nightly music events, but it's a cool bonus of staying here. Would definitely come back here!
