The breakfast could have a couple of more options. But all in all, no major complains. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, parking facility nearby. Small spa included in the facilities. Elevator big enough to meet the needs of a baby stroller. All in all, a decent value/money choice.

Our first room had very noisy air-con which kept us awake on the first night. We told reception who said maintenance would look at it. Unfortunately it was exactly the same on the second night. When mentioned to reception again they kindly arranged for us to move rooms

Location was close to lots of the sights, bars and restaurants. Room was good size, furnished simply but still cosy. Lots of choice for breakfast including excellent strudel from the shop next door. Plenty of staff on hand and they were always friendly and helpful.

The cleaning is bad is full of dust under the bed , under the mattress,on the curtains and generally in all the “hidden” places ! The shower is very small witch may be bad for bigger people!

The location is excellent, the staff is wonderful especially the reception and the people working at the small strudel garden cafe and bakery ! The breakfast was good , food was generally fresh and the coffee was good !

Very friendly personal, good size rooms, great location. Sauna could be used only for you once it is booked. Reach choice for the breakfast, very good coffee and great variety from espresso to latte macchiatto. Prosecco is offered during the breakfast.

The Air Conditioner was not turned on until the last night of our stay. It was very hot outside 27celcius, so very warm in the room. We had to keep our window open and the street noise went on all night and was very loud.

We found the room (in an apartment) a little hot but we didn’t seek help so maybe we were not using the controls correctly. The weather was generally cool so not a massive issue.

The hotel is well located - an easy walk to many of the major attractions. Generally quiet at night other than a few passers by. Our Apartment was very clean and comfortable and offered all the facilities we needed. L’Occitane Shower Cap / Vanity Kit rather than any L’Occitane Shampoo, Soap or Shower Wash which is a bit misleading. What was there was fine though - Rituals brand I think? Reception were very pleasant and helpful and responded quickly when there was an initial issue with the safe. Breakfast was good though it is in quite a compact area - if I was not travelling with teens(!) I would have tried to be in there for 7.30ish to get a better located table.

Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the Center, parking across the room. Separate entrance appartment with gallery for the kids and us on the ground floor was perfect layout and kids loved it! Beds are quite big and very comfortable, whole app was clean and everything in place, even we got a bottle of rose wine as compliments from the hotel. Small, but fully equipped kitchen had good coffee machine with capsules and instant coffee bags, so no need to run to the store. Bakery shop within hotel building has excellent cakes, croissants, pastries and U get a discount as a guest. Several very good restaurants and pizzerias within literally few steps from the room. Alltogether = this made our stay im Budapest great experience! 👍

Everything was fine. I really like the small extras, like the hospitality and the care. For instance, when I went downtown for a walk, it was really nice when the receptionist gave me a small bottle of still water, just for free. And it was really nice seeing other extras like free hot wine and fruits in the lobby bar. I liked that.

Excelent breakfast, Top staff and great location to visit Budapeste. Definitely a reference point to visit Budapeste. Close to Saint Stephens Basilica and many amenities around.
