The breakfast area was small and quite crowded at times. The bedroom area and bathroom were small.

All the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Helped us to book tours etc. Nice touch with refreshments availability throughout the day.

Breakfast was quite weak (6 out of 10 imho), but having it was still better than not having :D Rooms were a bit old and heating system was breaking nearly every day, but usually everything was fixed quickly and temperature in the room was alright (even despite cold weather with -3 degrees at night).

Incredible hospitality from the staff! All problems were solved quickly and each staff member was ready to do their best to help. Rooms were ok and having a kitchen was quite convenient. Great location, just 3 min walk from Opera (both opera building and metro station). Mulled wine and tea on the first floor was a very pleasant bonus.

I have travelled with my family for business and pleasure. On our arrival there was a bottle of white wine waiting and goodies for my 8 year old son and the umbrellas placed beside the door was very handy. Small touches like this makes the difference. The apartment was as described and very clean and spacious. Location excellent and everything was within a very short distance away. I would certainly stay in Opera Garden Hotel Apartments again as it offers everything you could possibly need and great value for money.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just five minutes walking from the church St Stephen and 2 minutes walking from metro station. Our room was quite big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. For me it is a 5 stars hotel. From the welcome card with a little bottle of wine to the extra double bed, it all was beyond expectations. I want to thank the receptionist Izabella who made our stay even more special.

The location, it was only a couple of minutes walk to the city center. We stayed in apartment 6, which has a very nice entrance directly from the street. We also received a bottle of wine on the house.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was not expensive, and the service was exceptional - courteous and helpful. There was also a complementary bottle of wine in the room, and free tea during the day and free mulled wine (very good too) in the evening, along with snacks, biscuits and fruit. The location was great too.
