Breakfast was kind of a disappointment. We had basically the same breakfast for the whole stay and it included only: 1 type of cheese (cascaval), 1 type of ham, 1 type of salami, fruity yogurts (no simple yogurt), omelette, sausages (romanian crenvusti), french toast, croissant or chocolate bun, 1 type of bread, 2 type of cereals (chocolate balls and corn flakes), cold milk, hot mil (in the last day we had to ask for warm milk as it was over at around 9 am), butter, jam, Coffee (cappuccino, late, simple), tea, orange juice, apple juice.

The location is wonderful, the hotel is situated in the woods, but access is rather easy to the city and to the zoo. It is a 3-5 minute drive to the Zoo. The price includes access to the Zoo for the entire stay, which is wonderful. The staff was very friendly (we asked for a kettle in the room, and they offered one for the whole stay) and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with big windows and comfy bed. The corner for children on the second floor was perfect.

The hotel is a little bit old fashioned, or let's say classic, but it's still good value, considering that you have entrance tickets to the zoo and the location is nice. The mattresses were not the best, but this also depends on the taste of each.

The location is just wonderful, in the middle of a little forest. Kids had the occasion to play on the playground. There is plenty of parking places. Our suite was big and cosy and I particularly liked the bed clothes that offered a comfy sleeping. The reception staff was kind and informed us about everything.

The restaurant menu is limited, but we were told that before hand and we were provided with a list of alternatives when we asked for it.

It was great that we had unlimited entries to the zoo during our stay. The apartment was very large and although the furniture was old, it was fully functional and it was comfortable. Right next to the hotel, in the forest, there is a nice playground for the children. The hotel staff was very helpful whenever we needed.

Lack of elevator made it somewhat difficult to get to the room with infant.

Spacious room. Absolutely clean everywhere. Staff is super helpful. Good lunch. The Kádár suite is quite eclectic and fun.

Although we did leave the do not disturb sign on the door/do not want housekeeping the cleaning stuff did not take it into account and came in our rooms.

Staff attitude was excellent. The closeness of hotel to the zoo makes it a perfect choice if you want to visit the zoo. It is a fair deal, value for money.

No mosquito net on all windows. Only 1 window in the family room had mosquito net. Restaurant/bar closing hour was a bit too early for me :)).

Great location. Quiet and secluded. Staff was very polite and professional. Very comfortable matress and spacious bathroom. The indoor playing area for children on the 2nd floor was a pleasant surprise.

Old hotel with really old furniture everywhere outside room. Waiter in restaurant didnt speak English, brought us horrible looking menu, we rather went away. Breakfast below average, but for this price acceptable.

Nice staff at reception. Nice comfortable room. Close to the Zoo (only 6min by car) and also to the city. Free unlimited tickets to the Zoo during whole stay!

On photos looks much better than in reality. Breakfast was so so. Personal on the reception doesn't speak English. Wifi was very weak on the room. To check emails on the laptop I had to go to the corridor.
