Breakfast: wider choice of fresh fruit (not just everyday watermelon) would be nice. More thorough cleaning of the room as well as the restaurant facilities would also enhance overall impression (2 cobwebs found within the room right upon arrival is not OK...) Spa: 2 out of 3 days spent open wellness pools didn't reach the declared water temperature (33-36°C), several guests complained but no action apparently taken.

Referring to earlier complaints about breakfast: I can confirm improvement (compared to our last visit on 11/2021): all items of the buffet were sufficiently and timely refilled. Choice and service provided is OK for ***hotel now. All staff (reception, restaurant) was friendly and professional, check-in and check-out was smooth (also an improvement).

The restaurant - the tablecloths were dirty, the dishes were not washed properly and still wet, some cups and dishes were cracked, the glasses looked dirty, although they might have been scratched from the dishwasher. Even food one would expect to be served warm was cold at the breakfast (eggs, sausages). The dinner was tasty, but we could not tell what some of the meals were. The services of the restaurant were terrible.

The hotel room was nice and clean, we also liked the pool area.

heating in the room - even the heater is on maximum it’s only fresh, not warm. Heating in bathroom is not working at all. Breakfast it’s ok for short stay but for longer stay it’s low variety. I’ve tried massage, it was great for a good price. Bring some cash as deposit for bathrobe (EUR).

Breakfast, dinner, accomodation, parking, staff - everything is OK. Free entrance to wellnes and to thermal pools is super!

Breakfest (7-10am): quite basic, no choice of fresh vegetables, no fresh fruit at all, and you better be early to have a chance to find something for yourself to choose from; when coming at 9:30 the buffet was simply empty. Annoyingly something is still missing: either plates, either hot water, juice, napkins etc. You are provided a bathrobe (against a 20EUR deposit), but not a towel. So we used towels from our room - when we requested to exchange these at the the end of the day at the reception they were to charge us 2EUR (we complained, then exchanged for free).

Unlimited access to the spa; to be noted that Superior rooms are located in a separate building = to get to the spa you need to go across the yard to the main building (reception) and across the yard again to reach the bath (appr. 50+50 metres). Dedicated free parking place in front of your room. Real one large bed (not two separate ones joined together), room clean, looks new / recently furnished. Alltogether the accomodation itself fits the 3*** level pretty well.

Too many people in breakfast time, although breakfast was not too original. Some of the receptionists did not speak English. If you dont come for swimming, it is hard to find some touristic attractions here.

Great place for people who love hot baths. Entrance to pools is included in accomodation price. Nice and clean rooms, quiet part of town, but near to romantic city center.

When we arrived at the hotel at night after a long drive, we were told that we could arrive in the morning when we gave our passports for registration. When we objected, we were threatened that if we didn't have a passport, there would be no room. We said that we had already paid for our rooms and that this threatening language was not true. It has exorbitant fees for a very poor quality hotel, and we were also threatened. I won't go again and I won't recommend it to my friends or family. Nonsense.

Its more 2 stars hotel. Not worth money spent on it. Smelly toilet. Wellness small dirty hot water pool. Outdoor swimming pool is separate facility next to hotel that is in process of renovation. Mostly older people destination. Poor breakfast menu.

Not clean. Towels far from white. No bar or food options outside of 3hr bfast and 2hr dinner windows. Restaurant chairs, walls and buffet trays splattered with food. Not clean or nice. Staff was “stressed” and unpleasant.

Good location, close to restaurants and the EuroVelo 6 bike trail.
