We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryMy husband, my parents and I were so positively surprised by the hotel, and the kind, polite and suportive staff. The facilities are very good, and the food and the wine were superb! We also loved the spa (we would only request the pool to be a bit warmer, but even that didn't spoil the great atmosphere)! Thank you all, we are definitely coming back.

We liked everything about it. It is a small wellness facility in Hegyko but very comfortable..It has traditional vibes to it. It has a very quiet surroundings. Food selection is few but it is better for us, i believe.

Our stay at Hotel Tornacos at Hegyko was excellent. It has a small spa part, and even if we been in main season, was very relaxing. We choose yo have the breakfast and dinner including in the room price and those set menus were really feeling and delicious. Comfy bed and room which was nice amd tidy. The next day my wife had a meeting and they let her use their meeting room, which was highly appreciated, my wife had a great realaxing massage too. Thank you very much it was amazing stay, definitely will come back. Great surrounding area, Fertod with the Eszterhazy Castle is a must to see and very close, about less than 10mins drive

Czech RepublicWe always come here to relax, so we often use the wellness, swimming pool, Finnish and steam sauna. We were disappointed that the spa was without staff to direct a family with three small children screaming so much that we ended up having to leave. Even in the back rest room, despite the two closed doors, it was not possible to rest after the sauna. We think that wellness is not really an aqua park with attractions for children, and that at least the basic rules of wellness - to rest and relax there - should be observed. But without the presence of staff and sufficient supervision, it's probably not possible. After all, wellness primarily means physical fitness, holistic care, happiness, relaxation, stress reduction and spiritual health. Unfortunately, we were not granted that this time. Maybe next time...
We have been going to this hotel for several years. We are always completely satisfied with both the accommodation and the cuisine, the staff and the wellness.

SlovakiaIt was bit cold in the wellness relax room. It might have been cause by the fact, hat we visited it at 3pm, when it was opened, and it did not have time to warm up. However the wellness part is very nice, with all equipment and facilities, what is needed.
The 2 most exceptional things in Tornacos were: staff and food. Really really perfect. All other things: room, facilities, comfort, location, etc are however also on very good level. Everything, what you need for a good relaxing stay.

AustriaThe pool and wellness temperature could be a bit higher, it was warm enough to enjoy the pool with the kids. The room could use some repairs. Just small things that would make the hotel perfect.
Breackfast and dinner were good. The wellnes area was also really nice and our kids really enjoyed the playroom next to the restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean. Price-quality really good.

SlovakiaWellness is a missed opportunity. The pool had 31 degrees, that is too cold for a sit-in, the cooling small pool for after sauna dirty. Temperature in the relax area also not enough. This is a shame, as the wellness has potential with 3 saunas, pool, and spacious relaxing zone. Also bathing robes should be provided either in room, or in the spa. The receptionist should go through training on pretty much everything. How to work with guests, speeding up checkout, communication and mainly how to do customer service - don't act bothered that someone is calling the reception. Also it is not up to the hotel standard to be dressed in black flees sporty jacket, covered by animal hair, with hair not done, etc. This hotel has a lot of potential, and the rest was great, and improving those areas requires only attention of the management or owners.
Good comfortable rooms, spacious, tasty food during dinner and breakfast, good selection and all super tasty. Parking spacious, atmosphere of the hotel is very good.

United KingdomI was sad that the spa closed so early, as we had full days and a relaxing sauna at the end of a long day is just amazing. Sadly we only caught it open for an hour on our last day. It was definitely worth going though, because the facility is incredibly beautiful and well maintained.
The hotel staff are AMAZING. They went above and beyond, from calling Taxi's for our guests to reorganizing rooms due to wedding confusion, and they handled it all so smoothly. Any company is only as good as the people who work there, and this place gets a 10/10 for staff. The breakfast was also incredible, as is the spa. The hot tea is a very nice touch.

HungaryThe hotel staff could have been more accommodating. We didn’t realise at first we were in a building across the road. The woman at reception didn’t explain fully where it was and wasn’t prepared to show us. It took us a bit of time to find it.
The hotel was amazing. We stayed in the new building on the other side of the road. I loved how modern and comfortable it was. The building is not quite finished yet and looks like it will be awesome once it is. Breakfast was delicious and the spa was so relaxing.

AustriaThe room was cosy but really tiny. We had a lots of flying bugs in the room by night even though we did not leave the balcony door for a long time.
We had a small balcony with the view on the small artificial lake. The breakfast was good too with enough variety of food. The new apartments are great for families with dog(s). This time we had dog owners with dogs in our neighbouring rooms. :-)

The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly. Rich and very tasty breakfast. We rented bicycles from the hotel and visited Esterházy-kastély in Fertöd. We ate very good cakes from a confectionery in Fertőszentmiklós.
