We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really great stay! Villa is lovely, stylish and well equipped. Nice dining and leisure area and three separate bedrooms, great pool and lovely green garden. Very private, quaiet and secure area but same time very close to shopping street and center. Really cant fault anything. Stuff was great, very helpful. Breakfast lovely and made freshly right in villa. Pool toys for kids etc.

While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, this particular aspect detracted from the overall experience. It would be advisable for the management to address this concern to enhance the comfort of guests. Additionally, the amenities provided were minimal, which was somewhat surprising given the expectations often associated with villa accommodations in Bali. While essentials were present, a more generous selection of toiletries and other conveniences would have added a touch of luxury to the stay.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained villa. Our kids loved the pool and staff were amazing. This is our 4th stay in Seminyak and favourite accommodation so far. Easy walking distance to the main strip and everything you need. Ayu was so lovely and cooked delicious breakfast. We will be back.
