The villa is stunning and only 10-15 minutes walk from Seminyak square. But our stay was made magical by the gorgeous staff, starting with the huge selection at breakfast, and thoughtfully catering to our every need from there. They prepared an extra special dinner for us, stayed late one on multiple occasions to make sure we were looked after, and just went above and beyond with their service. Highly recommend!

The staff were the absolute best, apologies to them if I leave a name or two out as they were all great, but namely Ketut, Apri & Rai. They made us feel extremely welcome and cared for as though they were our own family. No matter what we needed even if we were just having a friendly chat, they were always accommodating. Ketut is a very wise man and you can have some excellent conversations with him. The location was a little hidden away, but it was nice to be away from the noise of busy streets. Taxis generally had no issues in finding our villa (or being close enough). However, it was very close to several restaurants, spas, shops and even a nightclub was not far. Everything else about the Villa was excellent. The facilities, the breakfast, the rooms, the pool, the space. All excellent. All of the rooms were gorgeous and the staff took excellent care of them. The pool was always well kept. If I could give this villa any higher of a rating I would.

Fabulous, large outdoor areas and beautiful gardens. Rooms were all large and private. Breakfasts were huge (you won't need lunch). The staff were all fantastic and were there to help with any request.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Service and quality couldn’t be questioned!

We loved everything about the villa; the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the pool, the rooms and the service. The staff were beautiful and made the villa the most relaxing and easy stay we have ever had. Anything we requires the helped with, they ensured that the taxis we used didn’t overcharge us, they helped us arrange delivery food, massages to the villa and did all our washing and ironing the whole stay. They were so good with our children, helped with their floaties blowing up, took them to feed the fish daily and ensured we felt safe. The villa has security standing guard all night long and the staff make a full continental and English style breakfast daily. Each day we could choose the meals we wanted. We would highly recommend the villa and will be coming back on our next trip! X

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Special thanks to the entire team who looked after us throughout our stay. Our entire group of 7 people enjoyed the services offered by the amazing staff. Everyone was fully available to us. Ketut the VIlla manager had his entire team organized. Every morning they greeted us with a smile. What was perfect - everyone spoke good English. The breakfast was downright royal. Apri, the member of the Ketut Team helped us to choose breakfast every morning and we could choose from a large selection of eggs dishes such as eggs benedict, a variety of omelets, continental breakfast, smoked salmon, sausages, fruit bowls, pastries, fresh juices or traditional Balinese breakfast - all the food was prepared fresh to the table by our personal chef. Because we liked the fresh salads for breakfast, they prepared for us a bowl of our favorite salad and one different salad each day to try which was a lovely thing to do. On one of our last days the chef prepared an amazing traditional Balinese breakfast – Nasi Goreng and Mie goreng for us and we watched the entire process and learned tricks that only the locals know. It was a real joy to laugh and talk during the cooking. The Staff assisted with the washing and ironing when needed – because we stayed 12 nights it was nice to have fresh clothes. The villa was kept nice and clean every day. The team helped to make reservations in clubs and restaurants. At the villa, they arranged for us everything from massages to ordering taxis or motorbikes. One evening we decide to stay at the villa and they arranged for us to have Indian cuisine delivered directly to the villa and it was an amazing choice. Ketut helped us to choose trips like Uluwatu Temple, GWK Cultural Park and rafting on Ayung river which were great experiences. Guys, thank all of you.

the location was a bit too deep, away from the main stretch.

the facilities were nice, big and comfortable. most importantly was the staff, they’ll be the reason why if I come back bali, I might consider to stay with them again. there were the best, special mentioned to ketut, ahpri, the 2 ladies and everybody. they pampered us, took care of the arrangements and made us feel like home.

honestly nothing!

incredible stay for our family group of 8 including 3 young children. Could not fault anything!! Villa was superb, absolutely huge, clean, stunning gardens and pool. Location was also fantastic- right in the heart of Seminyak but down a few small lanes so still quiet. Great coffee shop at end of street. Villa was even better than the photos and had plenty of room for all of us! Delicious and varied breakfast cooked every day. Special mention to the staff, especially Ketut and Apri who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and happy at all times and also went out of their way to help with anything we needed! Did not want to go home- especially our little ones who loved their “Bali-house”! We would definitely recommend.

the property is very well maintained and close to everything in Seminyak. The pictures dont do justice to what we found. Big bedrooms , big lounge and big yard to spend your day out doors. Staff(Ketut, Apri, Kadak) go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. breakfast is worth it, they always go all out to cater for your needs.

I wish we could have stayed longer

Gosh where to start! Firstly very rare to find a property that is nicer than the pictures so that was a pleasant surprise, it was absolutely massive and the rooms were huge. The staff were incredible and made so many thoughtful and personal touches during our stay. The villa is located in a super central area within walking distance to Potato Head etc however still super secluded and quiet at night (I have a 1 year old so silence during sleep time is paramount) Delicious cooked multi-course breakfast each morning. Stunning indoor / outdoor bathroom in our suite was so luxurious! I have to say that Ketut the villa manager was the absolute highlight of our stay and provided so much helpful support.
