Room really discusting,nothing like what's written in our booking ,no fridge no TV the silling was broken ,the receptionist said that the hotel is fully booked but I saw a lot of empty rooms but he refuse to gave us another room ,it was the last room on the second floor Really bad dirty room

The room was average at best, but bearable for the cost. it went down hill from there. Got up crawling over my toothbrush etc. Managed to kill them. But the final straw was the bed bugs that I got. Probably 100 bites. Have spent much of the rest of my trip getting all my clothes washed (which meant buying some new ones whilst others were at the laundry.) and soaking everything else with insect spray and surface spray. After about a week I believe I have gotten rid of them. Oh and along the way they confirmed a booking , only to contact me at 9.30 in the morning to say they were full. I guess you get what you pay for, lesson learnt.

Lost time and money

Maybe is cheeaper,but you will pay your taxy for go there and discovery they not accept you....soo in the ending you will lost money trasportation for nothing:room 165k but I pay 470k taxy for nothing.... They not acept my booking becouse already full booking and they said I must looking for other Hotel.In the same time I was check in the aplication of booking.com. and they was have room bookable again open,but they don't care.In same time I there for try cheeck in was others 4 people where they got same answer to me:looking for other hotel,we don't have any room available today! Maybe is cheeaper

The filthiest place i have ever stayed in, don't be fooled by the cheap price, you'll still feel you've been ripped off once you see how dirty the room and bathrooms are. The head board was falling apart, the toilet seat had stains on it i wouldn't dare to touch it with a pole, there were spider webs all over the room and a spider in the corner, also ants all over the place. The bedsheets were paper thin, had cigarette holes in them and other stains, the mattress so springy and uncomfortable. The common area and hallways are obviously dirty and broken tiles, low light which gives a spooky feeling.

The room I was given had black mould on ceiling and walls. This made the room very unhealthy and smelly to stay in. The electricity power plug was also dangerously loose. When I asked for my money to be refunded, the management argued with me but then refunded the full cost. This meant at 10 pm I needed to go out into the street to find another place to sleep

Suppose you get what you pay for in life but even then id expect better. Pretty shocked it was 2 star I’d hate to see 1 star. Booked for 9 nights just for a luggage storing while island hopping. However we had to stay there 1 night and was supposably meant to stay the last. Original room we was put in was like a construction site, bits of rubble brushed behind a cupboard, cupboard draws fell through, sheets stained, air conditioning looked like it was about to fall off the wall, toilet stained, horrible smell in room. Had to get a room change, other room was slightly better however heard something scurrying/squealing behind the wardrobe think it was a rat (bin storage behind was definitly a rat) had to persuade my girlfriend to stay the night and told her it was just the door, slept with 1 eye open and the light on. However one positive thing was we came back and our bags were still there, but we couldn’t stay another night. Got our bags and got out of there. Also walk way was soaked leaving the hotel almost went flying. The price looks all well and good but it really is bad, advise anyone not to stay there and just pay the extra IDR.

This hotel violates all hotel laws in hygiene and maintenence!! They know it but don't care in the slightest or aren't even ashamed to let guests sleep in their rooms. The words 'extremely unhygienic' are still to soft to express how dirty the hotel in general is. Booked 4 nights, stayed 2 nights and even these 2 nights were too much and made me ill till now (almost one week later), and I usually don't get ill that fast!!! The worst part are the aircon units that never seen any cleaning, there are stalactites formed from brown dirt coming out of the filters. That's an infestation of bacteria gets blown into the air that you breathe in constantly. Not even mentioning the penetrating smell of it. You guaranteed get a lung infection of that!! Unfortunately even cleaning the aircon units wouldn't solve all the other problems that are far to long neglected, so I didn't bothered asking them to do. The pictures of the standard rooms are misleading and are pictures from the 'higher class' rooms of - I guess 25 years ago - when they were still fairly newly refurbished. I immediately asked for an upgrade to a 'higher class' room, which I got straight away without any extra payment, so that assumes they are used to guests asking for this, but it didn't really improved the situation. There is zero maintenance done in the rooms, the paint is peeling off the walls, and not in small amounts, but half of some walls and ceilings are peeling off and are replaced with fungus growth. They 'clean' the rooms with a dirty old mop and brown/blackish water that goes from room to room, so instead of cleaning, they actually spread out all the dirt coming from the previous room into the other room, and that's going over all the rooms. After I saw that I immediately left a note in the room they didn't had to clean my room during my 'stay'.

When we got there the receptionist had no idea we had booked even though the hotel had confirmed our booking and check in time. I had payed for a Deluxe room but they tried to give me a economy room. However they still charged me for the most expensive room. I asked several times if this was the deluxe room and they said yes. It was very dirty. The bathroom was extremely filthy and water was leaking. There were Insects everywhere. It hadn't been cleaned for months if not longer. After trying to talk to them for 45min they agreed to give me their second most expensive room but wanted me to pay more for the change. The most expensive room which I had already payed for was fully booked. They refused to give me back my money. The second room was OK but still dirty, poop in the toilet, holes in the walls, ants in the bed and things like this. I tried to ask why I couldn't have the room I payed for or have some money back since I overpayed. The receptionist got upset and wanted to kick us out and started insulting us. I considered looking for a new hotel but it was very late and I was not feeling well and settled for the new room. I've been travelling for many weeks staying in many accommodations. No other place was even close to this bad.

it was incredibly dirty, the bed sheets had stains, the toilet and the bathroom looked like they have never been clened in the past years, it smells like feces and mold. the walls are broken, the AC is broken (meaning it cannot be turned off with 16C), the environment is shady and sketchy.
