Only downside the pool was a bit cold for younger kids, it had a fair bit of shade so was a bit cold but for the adults was fine

We didn't like the fact that staff just walked in on many occasions to clean, leaving instructions, dropping in groceries. They didn't let us know they were coming and felt very invaded in our privacy. It didn't spoil our time but we would think seriously about staying here next year when we return.

We loved the cooked breakfasts each day, they were delicious and so fresh. Loved the location of the Villa, so close to the beach but far enough away so no noise at all. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was lovely too. Nearby beaches were very clean and well kept.

Everything was great only the water quality to shower was abit salty but thats not the fault of villa???

Had the best stay EVER been to Bali 6x and this has to be top!! MILA the host help was amazing, breakfast was always on time and delicious!!Villa cleaned everyday..she was always there to offer help & assistance!! ARKE was also a huge help from the time we arrived till we left!!assisted in many ways.. We are truely grateful for service that was given..Will stay again for sure in the future.. This villa was beautiful and the service staff were just amazing!! Special shout out to Arke the driver and Mila the breakfast cook. As a group of 5 women, Arke made us feel so safe and was always ready to take us wherever we wanted to go, no matter the hour. He recommended tourist destinations that we had never even heard of, and made sure to take us to every single one. This man was so amazing, i couldn’t recommend him enough! I will be keeping his number and passing it on to all of my friends when they visit bali and will hopefully be using him as a driver again in the future. Mila’s breakfasts were amazing! Every morning she cooked for us, waited for us to finish, cleaned the kitchen and packed away the dishes. If there was anything we requested additionally she did it with no questions asked. This villa is a must stay! The location is fantastic and the service crew is enough to make us stay there again in the future.

This is an outstanding property, we had a clean and comfortable stay. I was a little nervous about sending money via bank transfer as payment, but Suzy explained the credit card situation for individual property owners and local banks, and put our minds at ease (we chose to pre-pay the accommodation, and include return transfer to the airport). The villa is even better then the pictures. The two master suites upstairs are comfortable, very roomy, and the bathrooms are beautiful. We swam in the pool everyday, and were an easy walk to convenience stores, the beach, and many restaurants. When we wandered further afield, it was easy for Grab drivers to find us, and we received Door Dash orders with ease as well. Everything was provided for a really spectacular stay, and we can't wait to go back again!

where do I start?? The place needs a complete renovation overhaul. The kitchen looks old and dirty. The TV’s weren’t working until the day before when new TV ‘a were brought in. The kitchen cupboards were near to falling off. I was so disappointed!! The kids said the bathrooms smelt. The owners should alert the guests that the bottom bedroom has a massive skylight streaming through so you can’t sleep in. The downstairs toilet was awful as well.

no one at the property when arrived . waited long time for someone to come over for check in and force to delay lunch booking . payment in full cash , promised to return change next day , but didn’t get back the change (~ 80k)
