The bathroom seemed old and a little run down. The tub design made it so the shower flooded the bathroom even with the curtain drawn. There was a damp musky smell even with the AC on. The fabric chairs seemed old and had weird stains on them.

Location was fantastic for our needs . Walking distance to the waterpark, convenience stores, restaurants and the airport. One staff member was very "meh" and might have been having a bad day. A different staff member was very helpful. Helped us rent a scooter for an affordable price.

There really wasn't anything not to like about the hotel. We bought some insect repellant to spray the room each morning and night to try and discourage the mosquitoes. There wasn't a lot of them but they love me :) I'd also recommend maybe taking toilet paper that is a bit stronger and more on a roll, especially when if you get a bout of bali belly. Reception are more than accommodating with requests for additional toilet paper but it's so thin.

The hotel is located in Kuta, directly across the road from the Discovery Centre Shopping Centre. We booked poolside rooms and they were lovely. Rooms were clean, serviced daily, fresh linen, a/c, tv, bar fridge, safe, wardrobe with 6 or so hangers, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel location is an easy taxi ride to other locations and easy to get to and from the airport, without having to go through lots of traffic. That's a bonus! The pool was always kept lovely and clean, ample towels always available, swim up bar, and very attentive staff to offer drinks and food poolside. There was also a massage service in the gazebo by the pool which was lovely and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend the massage and facial. The breakfast was basic but had an egg station where you could request eggs cooked how you liked them. Fresh fruit, toast, pancakes or waffles (alternated each day), a sweet, tea, coffee, and a variety of indonesian/asian style foods.

Some repairs were needed in my bathroom. I had a garden view room, would recommend paying extra for the poolside room to include bath and nicer amenities.

Great hotel in Kuta, tucked away out of the hustle and bustle but still very much in the heart of it all. Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and the pool was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was limited and mostly Asian style. Choice of one cereal for the kids. Hair turned green from the pool.

It was hard to find. Our driver at night and then the following morning had trouble finding the place. Loud construction noise early in the morning.

The food, location and room were all great. King size bed seemed larger than normal.

Upstairs at the back, was told after checkin that I had to pay 100,000 more to be downstairs, couldn’t be bothered for one night.

Stayed 1 night so I was close to airport for early morning flight. Comfortable bed, nice and clean. Pool wasn’t very big, too many people in there to be bothered going for a swim.

The room is quite old. When we requested for slippers, the reception said to bring to us later, they never brought slippers to us, the same with a room key that's not working. Maybe the staffs should be more attentive to requests like these.

The location is nice. The value is ok compared to other accommodations we stayed in Ubud or Penida.

The bathroom situation is sub-optimal. The Shower/bath design in my room was bad - water can hit the wall easily, and rather than running straight down into the bath, it catches in a gap between the wall and the edge of the bath, and runs along this gap (along the edge of the bath) until it finds an opening - leading to the bathroom floor. So, you have to really pay attention to the angle of the shower head and that it is away from the side wall, or you'll end up flooding the floor. Would be so much better for everyone if they just filled the little gap so the gap was the same height as the bath edge, so the water could just run into the bath. Also, the bath/shower doesn't drain quickly enough, so after 5 minutes of showering, the bath fills up and you end up with your feet in a small pool of water while showering, which I personally hate.

The room was comfy and, while small, was suitable for our needs. THe pool was great, and there was always enough lounge chairs. The staff were amazing - so friendly and accommodating and helpful. And the lcoation was perfect. Despite its proximity to the airport, I wasn't disturbed by airport noise at all. It is a quick walk to lots of cool stuff - the beach, Discovery Mall, great restaurants and active areas, and Waterbom Park. The buffet brekky was ok, but not as epic as I was hoping.

Breakfast could have been better. Staff could have been more helpful. Fruit being offered for breakfast was not on ice. Staff were not offering to refill coffee/tea
