The Wi-Fi is literally impossible to use in the room. In the lobby it's working fine but in the room you have low speed and interruptions all the time. I complained about this to the staff and they said they'll look into it but nothing changed. It's the only downside of this hotel, but it's very annoying unfortunately. However, the internet seems to be a downside in Bali in general since we had similar issues with it in Ubud as well.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff is really nice and helpful. It has a nice swimming pool, massage by the pool and restaurant open until 11 pm. The location is good, literally across the street from the Discovery Mall and the beach. Also the aquapark is right next to it. Bed is very large and comfortable.

The gaps in the doors above and below lets Mozzie in. We sprayed room with raid and tried blocking gaps with towels. Aircon needs gas and a service as the cylinder inside is dirty and also the filter

Get what you pay for! It’s slightly dated but nice clean pool and friendly staff. The breakfast is a buffet so heaps variety. Good location to shops and eating places. 15-20 mins to and from airport.

The bathroom smelled a little musty, but you sort of get used to those smells in Bali . There is a bar next door that sometimes plays very loud music and we could hear it in our room til very late one night.

Great location right across the road from Discovery Mall, Staff were all so friendly. Breakfast was decent, freshly made eggs to order. Room was very clean and modern inside, lovely balcony overlooking pool. Huge comfy bed.

Bathroom facilities are a little dated, and the shower is over bath that didn't drain well, and water overflows onto the bathroom floor because of the way, it's poorly designed.

It was a nice stay for one night. Bed was so large and comfortable. the room size could have large. breakfast was average not so may item. Pool was medium in size. overall resort was clean.

Bathroom needs a refresh but still clean. Maybe ask for the renovated rooms if you choose to stay here. Bacon at breakfast would be nice but you can ask for it I believe.

We had a relaxing stay. Out all day and came back for a refreshing swim before heading out for sunset and dinner again at night. Staff are amazing and so friendly. Close to everything we needed. Kuta is quieter at the moment.

They cant cater for gluten-free but the Italian restaurant a few blocks down did so Iate there.

A great hotel. We only stayed one night but was a great place to stay for a stopover. The staff were super friendly.

Our room was on the ground floor which was a bit noisy as could here those I'm the pool and as the people above us seemed to like moving furniture after midnight. The bath and sink leaked, meaning that after every shower the the floor had huge puddles everywhere. We did report to housecleaning who said someone would fix it, but no one ever came, or if they did, the issue was never fixed. The breakfast was limited, so it is best to probably adventure out to find something elsewhere. There was only 1 pool which was on the smaller size so if you want a sunbeds have to get there quick and early to secure one as only about 15 beds altogether

Great location, right across the road from Discovery Shopping Centre. The staff were really nice and friendly. Room itself was nice and clean, we got a king bed. Housecleaning came daily.
