The outdoor bathroom, though nice in theory was gross. The ceiling was bubbling from water leakage and leaked through. If it was raining, you'd also get wet while on the toilet.

Liked how nice and friendly the staff were and had it been sunny, we definitely would've used the hammock more. The twin beds were nice but you had to pull one of them away from the wall to access the power socket.

Facilities were basic but perfect if you’re looking for no frills but a super friendly place with exceptional staff and perfect location. Easy breakfast brought to your seating area each morning, the staff are very helpful. Very quiet location for how close to the front and the beach, just a couple minutes walk away.

The outside/open air bathrooms could be cleaner, issues with toilet flushing even if no toilet paper was used. Gaps between wooden walls and floor make it easy for insects to get in.

Breakfast was basic and good. Not enough if you have a big appetite but perhaps you can ask for more and there are plenty restaurants in the area.

Everything was good, just minor negatives. There were a lot of gaps in the doors which let some creepy crawlies in and mozzies.

The staff were the best part of our stay, super friendly and super helpful. Free drinking water was very handy to have. The breakfast was basic but good. We requested an early breakfast on our last morning because of our ferry departure time and the staff were more than happy to serve us early. We had a nice welcome drink on arrival.

Location of the property is very convenient and close to Turtle Beach and the harbour. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Bike rental and snorkeling could be organized through the hotel and a laundry service which was great! Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend!

No hot water, although it was actually nice as it was very hot outside. We saw a mouse. The hotel is near a mosque, so we could hear the prayers 5 times a day from our bungalow, starting from around 5am.

Very helpful staff. I did a laundry through the hotel there and the laundry lost my tee, which got sent to another hotel. The staff at M’adison Gili kept trying to find my tee after I was gone, they finally found it and shipped it to me where I was (Canggu) at they own cost. Great service. Also the location is great, close to the harbour and the lively area of the island with bars and restaurant.

There was no body wash or hand soap and the sink had no plug and leaked. There was no where to put your clothes and no kettle in the room, but these were minor things and they wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and was hot. The staff were really friendly and so polite. The pool was perfect temperature, clean and nice to swim in. We were able to hire bikes from there. The breakfast was basic but it was good and was enough. There was spring water to fill your bottles whenever you needed to which was great. Air conditioner worked really well. Loved the hammock. For the price compared to other places on Gili T where I've stayed before several times, it was a really great place to stay and great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was amazing and close of most everything - only 2 blocks walking from the wharf. They rent a bike so it’s easy to go around the island. Staff is very friendly.
