The rooms are a little too dark - it was quite difficult to even put contact lenses in the evenings. Also, we had an a/c problem. It did not work and the smell from the shower pipes did not help.

Super central - you can easily walk to Monkey Forest, the Yoga Barn, and the Ubud Palace. The infinity pool has a magical view.

We had such a good time to this hotel, we stayed 1 week, and enjoyed every day, thanks to the entire team Large room, nice bath, infinity pool with good view, very nice decorated combining balinese stype with modern style. People so nice, so friendly, rarely find this in hotels. Many thanks for the front desk team, especially to Luna, so nice, so kind. Many thanks to cleaning an supply team, the hotels is so clean. We have a great surprise from the hotel, they offers us free minibar, with refill each day, free coffee, wather. Swimmingpool is so nice, you can enjoy and relax with some good cocktails. Very good breakfast, is a la carte and you can choose from many types, very quick served and very delicious!

Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Always happy to chat to you. All the facilities made our stay extra relaxing and comfortable, including the infinity pool with beautiful views, the Tejas spa and the Pistachio restaurant that provided delicious complementary breakfast every morning! We absolutely loved everything about our stay here.

This is a personal preference, but I did not like the set menu breakfast. I have a lot of food restrictions due to intolerances and with the limited choice I could not really find anything suitable.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were going above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed complementary fruit basket and mini bar. Dinner options on Pistachio menu were delicious. Great signature cocktails.

    Nothing to add :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to our housekeeper, Wayan, whose attention to detail and dedication ensured that our room was always immaculate and welcoming. And a huge thanks to Laura for her patience and assistance throughout our stay; her friendly demeanor and willingness to help with any request made our time here even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's magnificent pool. Set against a backdrop of lush jungle, it offered a serene and breathtaking setting to unwind and soak up the beauty of nature. Whether we were lounging by the water, enjoying a refreshing swim, or simply admiring the panoramic views, the pool provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It truly was the cherry on top of an already perfect honeymoon experience.

The staff's friendliness and dedication truly stood out—they went above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied and happy.  The hotel has all day breakfast concept. We loved everything

Everything about our stay was perfection. The room was great. We loved the pool view (and the unexpectedly delicious bitteballen). So many choices each morning for breakfast. We hired a driver for the day to take us to some sights and onward to our next hotel and the service was impeccable.

By far the best hotel where we stayed in a long while. An experience I will never forget. We arrived by night and were happily greeted by Luna and Laura, who were very patient and fully available for all our queries. Furthermore, we were surprised with a room upgrade and were able to stay in a very large room with an extremely comfortable bed. During our stay everyone was always so thoughtful and kind, and made us feel welcome and at home. Also, we tried the spa and had a lovely and relaxing time. With the staff being the first, the pool is the hotel’s second best feature: it’s an infinity pool with a breathtaking view where you can watch the sunset. The breakfast is something to highlight as well. Table service, delicious food and fresh fruit juices. Lastly, our final day was also my birthday and we were surprised with a birthday cake and the staff singing ‘happy birthday’, with them also presenting me with a birthday card signed by all. An experience I will certainly never forget. Special thanks to: Laura and Luna for the warm welcome; Arya for helping us plan our trip to mount Batur; Mila for the pleasant check-out experience and for helping us with storing our bags for a few hours after we checked-out.

Nothing. Just a detail with the windows. They are not well sealed and mosquitoes can get in, or the air conditioning can get out if you don't close the blinds properly.

This place is incredible. We felt very well looked after by the staff. The facilities were beautiful, the infinity pool had a spectacular view of the jungle, and there was also a bar and a restaurant available next to the pool. The breakfast is so good. There was no buffet, but a menu with several options to choose from, and the presentation was amazing. Great service, the people were always attentive. In general, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rate includes an afternoon tea with dessert, which I think is very good. They also arrange the food in case of any allergies. The room was spectacular, clean, and modern but keeping the Balinese essence. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very big and nice. There was always bottled water to drink since you cannot drink tap water. The room was cleaned twice a day. Our room had a cozy terrace with a view toward the rice fields. Peaceful location, very quiet. It is a 10-minute walk from the main street of Ubud, which can be noisy. Close by there are many cafes, restaurants, stores, a grocery store, and an ATM. We had a cold before our stay here, and the service we got from the hotel staff was fantastic. They were very attentive to us and offered us complimentary tea. Highly recommended and we could definitely come back to this place! Thank you so much for your hospitality, especially to Mila, Laura, Kadek, and August.

I didn’t realise that the road is parallel to the monkey forest road and no bridge along the route so it means a long walk to get anywhere in the Ubud cbd - it’s not as the crow flies on the map. You can get a scooter taxi if you like because cars can only enter the hotel from one end of the road , too narrow and cobbled at the other . So it’s a beautiful hotel but if you like walking then the location awkward because of the poor access

Very noisy people in the room above - sounds like moving heavy furniture - over several nights (at around 11:30pm). I told the front desk and they went to check. The noise would stop but it would restart again after 20’. It was really awful since they wouldn’t stop till around 2am! And the staff didn’t seem to be able to stop it.

Good breakfast with a variety of selection
