Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Ady's Inn is like a little haven in Kuta. It's amazing how quiet it is there. The whole design of the place it's fantastic, with a wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. I can never hear any sounds from neighbouring rooms when I stay there, it's incredibly quiet.

AustraliaThe water from the shower made tge bathroom floor very wet, which then became very slippery. We just used one of the large towels in the end.
Love the location in a little Gang off Garlic Lane. The renovations they have done since our last visit really lifted the garden/pool area and reception area. The rooms are clean and a nice little verandah to sit on which leads to a large grassed area. The pool area is lovely, plenty of room to relax by the pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn't use the breakfast as we like to go out each morning but they do sell pizzas now! We were there for Nyepi Day and they provided breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. Have stayed here a couple of times before and will definitely stay again.

BelgiumThe swimming pool is beautifull but there is too much chlorine in the water. We suffered from skin irritation after playing there for many hours with the children. Let's hope the team handles it more carefuly in the future.
Adys Inn is a quiet and beautifull place with modern, classy and comfy bedrooms. We don't expect such calm given the proximity to the beach and shopping areas
