Smoke in the reception and public areas. Our room was a non smoker room, but the smoke from the public areas crept in. Its really good value for a bed, just the pictures are not current and can be misleading to the quality. Deep cleaning and maintenance is required, but also understand that you get what you paid for. The price is reflected in the quality.

Like the distance to the airport. We stayed for a night between flights. Can order a gojek direct and it takes around 20 mins each way.

the room itself,not clean,molds,and with bad odor of cigarette 🚬 in the rest room every morning.my room is wet when I wake up with water because of the aircon is leaking.i used to booked in 2star hotel that's why I have the voice! never expect this unsatisfied experience. but it was my choice and no one to be blame.kudos to your receptionist so accommodating!

The room need serious maintenance, wash jet is leaking, bed sheet has hole from cigarette I guess, room has weird smells.

Price is written per-night but actually only for 8 hours Amenities & facilities are not worthy for example water leaking from bathroom to bedroom, TV channel are very bad signals, many mosquitos inside the room, lamp is not bright, shuttle is not 24 hours even though mostly customers are flight passengers

No Breakfast given, location is ok. Room is very very old, smelly, dirty. Lot of mosquitos, no wifi at all even I tried thousand times password, I could not sleep at all.

You’d be safer sleeping at the airport. The best sheets were filthy and the man had to come up and change them. Wifi doesn’t work properly (which was the least of our worries). I’ve stayed in countless hostels for £2 a night and this place doesn’t even come close to any of them. Worst experience of our travels to date.

Honestly there is nothing to like about this place. I’ve never given any less than 8 or 9 in reviews but this gets a 1. Upon arrival the receptionist said we didn’t have a booking and that the place was full. After clearing up that we had booked, we were taken down dirty corridors to our mosquito infested room (bathroom window didn’t shut). The whole property smelt of smoke and the photos speak for themselves.

It was absolutely filthy, with bugs running across the floor, holes and stains on the bed sheets, worms on the bathroom floor and dirt and filth on all of the walls and surfaces. We had to sleep on a towel and did not even want to use the facilities as they were so disgusting. The room and whole hotel also stunk of smoke.

Everything is baaaaad Very bad Very dirty..... hotel profile photos not real it fake. – I would like to say the room. Its smell bad, poor wifi connection, the bed was really uncomfortable. I can't have enough sleep, its way better my bed at home honestly. Everything was broken inside the room, the shower, I can't even turn off the AC. The worst things could happens is a lot of baby cockroach and mosquito. I don't recommend this hotel at all!! Especially if you looking for a good rest and sleep!! There is a lot more good hotels and value your money! The worst stay ever!! لا انصح احد ان يسكن في هذا الفندق القذر و الوسخ.

The whole room smelled like smoke, the blanket and sheets were covered in sigarette burns, there were open electricity sockets and an insane amount of mosqitoes in the room. The area seems close to the airport, but is sadly about a 40 minute drive due to having to go all the way around the airport
