Communication with staff was hard due to the language barrier. Guest from India were very noisy late night and tried to get into my room while I was sleeping ( I assumed the mistake their room by their room)

The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned between us and the last person. The property is not on google maps and so is very difficult to find. Advertising yourself as an airport hotel means that you will get tourists (who do not have access to data) making it very hard to find in the dark. We were kept awake all night by a rooster and then construction work, just a warning.

The beds were comfortable. We were able to check in at 3am after our flight landed

Air-conditioning is not effective, even after running it whole night, room wasn't cooling.

The sheets slammed of sweat and it were stained, the flor was not clean, the toilet smelled really bad and the were hairs in the bathroom.. There were few hot shower and the door was often blocked. Also they said they had breakfast but when we came they didn’t had any!

if you want to walk to the hotel, don’t! The property is very hard to find from the airport exit so you have to walk quite a while. Definitely recommend taking a taxi!

The toilet was disgusting, like if it never had cleaned, so unpleasant to use the toilet, even we asked to change our room the toilet wasn't better.

Air con wasnt working properly and there wasnt any elevator in the hotel. So we had to carry two big luggages to the 3rd floor.

The hotel is 10 minutes walking away from Bali-Denpasar airport. We had a very early flight. Thats the reason we chose this hotel.

Toilet was not that much clean. No soap, shampoo box not clean. Safe box does not work. No lift. Anyway, helpful and kind staff.

Good for one night if you need a property near airport. But do not expect much fascilities in the room. Even no soap and tea and no fridge. Staff were helpful, good for the money you pay.

The bathroom is not wet separation, which means the whole restroom floor is full of water once you have shower. The chicken in the neighbourhood can crow whole day.

Rude staff who have no idea of how to treat customers!! Have no manners- they make faces and laugh at you in their language sadly I can understand the whole conversation and whatever they were saying -was not great !! Thanks for spoiling our whole experience.. Teach your staff about how to deal with customers!!

Accommodation looks nothing like the images. When you check in it, you have to sign to not eat in the room or you receive additional charge. Bathroom was filthy and smelt disgusting. Shower only dripped small amounts of water, felt like a bird bath.

Everything. To start, my booking wasn't in their system. I had to pay an extra 10 dollars to use a room they had for staff. Had originally booked a deluxe balcony room. The air conditioning didn't cool the room. The window had boards on it with big gaps letting hot air in it. Was told the guys sister wanted the room for the night and couldn't stay. Ened up ordering some food delivers and left and spent the rest of our time on the airport floor which was better than that room.

When we arrived they didn’t have our booking. The guy at the reception spoke broken English and seemed like he was drunk! We got put in a room with no closed windows, aircon only worked if the lights were on and none of the features like advertised (tv etc)

The reception staff were nice but didn't speak a lot of English so hard to communicate. Pretty average hotel and I was on the 3rd floor with no lift so it was hard to carry all my bags. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

Close to the airport though I was overcharged by a taxi, but not the hotels fault. They have late check in was great and I could get the bus into Kuta the next day.

The sheets were dirty, you could only pay in cash, there were no toiletries of any kind in the bathroom only a half used bar of soap beside the sink, and the walls and bathroom were also very grubby.
