The resturant and the breakfast was just OK. And the hotel is å bit hidden and its not possible to walk to the nesrest resturant

The breakfast was fine, but there wasn't a huge amount of choice, we've had much more exciting breakfasts in other accommodation in Indonesia. Access to the hotel is via quite a poorly maintained, secluded road, so not ideal if you're planning on walking (we just used Gojeks)

The villa was serene and private, and had everything we needed. The gardens around the villa were beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We felt safe and relaxed in our villa, and loved spending time in the pool when we weren't out exploring. The room itself was nicely decorated with warm dark wood, and the bed was very comfy. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to reach the location, the road that leads to the hotel had a lot of potholes which made it difficult for us to commute via scooters. Hence, we had to book a cab every time when we wanted to step out of the hotel.

The private pool area and separate area for private dining was worth every penny.

The remote location makes getting Grab food orders and transportation hard. The bed was wide but short, so I had to sleep on a weird angle so my feet didn't poke out the bottom of the bed.

I stayed in 2 bedroom villa. Rooms were very spacious and clean with facilities such as iron, locker, umbrellas, kettle, wifi. Amazing pool. Staff was very helpful (they even helped me print some documents for my last call visa application).

I really have not understood the glass doors to the toilet and to the bathroom in the villa. Very strange idea. If your villa partner walk by the door he/she can see everything. Just don’t get it, considering other things are quite well organised in the room and villa. Breakfast was just very basic, but was not problem for us, as we prefer to eat outside at different new places anyway.

Great stay in total. Central location, you can go by bike to different beaches at all sides if Uluwatu and more. Was really quiet and good beds, very good sleep. Very nice personnel. Comfortable villa with swimming pool. Good view as located on the hill.

Since the room keys control the electrical for the entire villa, when I would leave my room in the evening and take my keys with me, it would be pitch black, and I had to use my phone light to help me navigate my way out. You need a little bit more lighting that is separate from the room's system for outside.

The staff are very friendly. The property itself is beautiful. It is very quiet and private.

Beautiful villas with a private pool. The only downside was the pool had no rail and huge step down .so would be hard for anyone with mobility problems. The breakfast was poor, unfortunately, and if you wanted food it’s a taxi or grab delivery. But for pure relaxation it’s stunning!

In comparison to other places we have stayed in Bali (Canggu, Ubud and Uluwatu) I would have to say this was my least favourite stay. A little too far from the beaches, the quality of the breakfast was okay at best and our room in particular desperately needed a deep clean (especially the pool i.e green moss / mould). One of the main lobby staff was a little smart alec who insisted that I should listen more carefully when he provides instructions. And soooo many rules…STOP!! Can’t do this… Can’t do that. Placards posted all over the Villa with rules, rules! Unfortunately a pretty place but thats about it. We will not return. Overpriced and spend your money elsewhere.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. At face value a very beautiful place but thats about it.

It’s in a quiet back street of Uluwatu but, it’s difficult to walk anywhere so you need a scooter or need to use a gojek to get to the restaurants and shops. There were sun lounges outside but, none in the villa which would have been nice

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Airis. It was beautiful, quiet , clean and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and super responsive if we needed anything. The whole property is beautifully maintained and landscaped. Breakfasts were lovely, fresh and a good variety of western and Indonesian foods.

We found used sex toys in the drawers, which was NOT acceptable. Disgusting… way to many rules and written sanctions if not followed. These sanctions should be in the reciept or information anout hotel, not everywhere you walk or eat or see.
