Breakfast option can definitely need some facelift. Quite bare and by day 3, we were exhausted with all the provided ones. The room is clean and well maintained daily, but somehow I feel the floor a bit sticky, not sure if that's from humidity built up from high temperature outside and AC inside.

The staff were so friendly, and made you feel like family. Everyone was so attentive and helpful, and loved hanging out with our baby. The room / facility is just as we expected. Really new, modern and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, they were very firm. I know this is minor and personal preference.

It doesn’t related to the property , but to the location itself - it is not the best choice for family vacation , unfortunately the closes beach (15 minutes walking) is very dirty , there are a lot of plastic rubbish , very unpleasant picture:( Also the hotel doesn’t have its own territory which is downside for the kids

The room was quite small but clean and very comfortable, conditioner was working very well. The are good variety of breakfasts and you can choose smth. you like.

Rooms were very clean and serviced every day. Bottom end of Sanur but we were looking for a quieter stay, very quick walk to the beach/boardwalk and plenty of excellent spas and restaurants within 5 mins walk, we went to a few more than once for excellent food and service. Pool lovely with adequate space for guests. Across from a 7/11 to purchase basics and drinks. Room service and drinks available. Staff incredibly kind and welcoming at front desk and breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

I’d expect more for $100. Pillows were horrendous - decided not to use any. Cold water wasn’t cold enough. No almond milk @ restaurant - so good luck. The restaurant was full of mozzies & I goy literally hammered! In saying so the staff then offered a mozzie repellent & got me some insect bite solution from the pharmacy.

Okay location - close to the Main Street & beach. Nice set up - nice little boutique hotel.

Our room was at the front of the hotel so we had noise form the road which the hotel can do nothing about. As we didn't have a balcony it was difficult to get towels etc. dry.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The beach and pool area were nice although the pool area was a bit small. The bath towels and beach towels were soft and fluffy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly

Dark & gloomy decor in room: too much dark wood, black lampshade, black net curtains inside slatted wooden shutters, etc, so not very light.

Friendly, welcoming staff, high standard of cleanliness, ensuite bathroom was huge and I was pleasantly surprised that it had a walk through shower and a large freestanding bath. Complimentary bike hire made exploring Sanur fun and easy. Meals were delicious and Happy hour cocktails a bonus! We had a room with a pool view which was very pleasant. Pool was smaller than some however not crowded when we used it. We would highly recommend the Akana Boutique Hotel. Great value for money too. Close to the beach and town centre.

The staff are all wonderful! Very friendly and always willing to offer assistance if needed. The rooms are a great size and the bed very comfortable. It had everything I needed each day. The breakfast is good value offering a continental buffet, AMAZING coffee and a hot meal from the menu - plenty of options. Their oat milk is creamy and delicious too. My room overlooked the pool but was still quiet at night and in the morning. Lots of greenery and the pool is a great refreshing temperature with bathroom facilities and comfy sun lounges. There was options for sun or shade throughout the day. Not a lot of street noise and walking distance to the beach, yoga studio, plenty of massage options and restaurants (limited vegan options but still available)

I cannot think of anything to improve our stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to smart TV's and provide streaming access. This is a comment I am leaving for all properties that haven't already done so.

This was our 3rd stay at Akana Boutique Hotel, which is in a great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless clean with daily service. I look forward to staying again in the future.
