The pool area was quite small and their were not enough lounges for our family.

Very Comfortable and great value for money. Good for an overnight stay. Excellent restaurant below.

Only thing is towels, sheets and pillow cases all marked (although they were clean). Maybe a refresh of these items?

Lovely small hotel, close to everything needed including only a short walk to beach. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great to have free use of bicycle to ride along the beachfront.

Perhaps mistake to book “easy pool access” room just means you have families camped at your room door all day. Being charged for broken water bottle seemed really petty.

Location, good room, happy hour. Close to good restaurants. Good for solo traveler.

The bathrooms are on the smaller side. No bar at the pool but not a big deal with the poolside service.

Can't think of anything I really didn't like. Great for a 2 night stay in Sanur before flying home.

Good value for money and extremely helpful staff. About 7 minutes walk to the beach, but Akana had a section with lounges and umbrellas for guests to use.

It should be cleaner. You don’t get automatically hair dryer and iron. I got it soon request.

The staff was very friendly and always smiling and they even used my name. What a nice touch. Nice specious room. You can also get a bikes for free. Breakfast was awesome, lot to choose from.

The pool water was very cold as it doesn’t get much sun. The poolside room is accessed from the pool area with no shelter when it was raining.

The hotel is still nice but starting to show so wear and tear, just needs maintenance to be maintained a little bit better. Housekeeping sometimes missed replacing items during the daily service.

Staff were excellent. Hotel in a good location not to far from the beach.

limited choices for breakfasts, many choices not available for the later customer. pool cold as it was often in the shade. staff always passing by you as their domestic storeroom was close to the pool, a bit of a busy highway at times.

excellent location, super staff, nothing was a problem,met with a smile and a greeting from all of the staff. waitress service for breakfast rather than the usual buffer which was a refreshing change.

only thing that we didn’t like was sometimes the sun didn’t hit all around the pool area, but the beach is like a 2 minute walk away. Other than that it was great.

Linens could do with replacing as some small holes and tears but everything was clean. The pool is small, just enough for a dip to cool off.

Nice comfy bed, stylish room, great shower, fantastic staff, free bicycle hire is a lovely touch.

Breakfast tasty, a variety of choices available. The friendly staff where happy to help anytime. My Room was clean, face washers would have been appreciated, location good I would stay at this hotel again.
