Absolutely incredible villa. Centrally located right in the heart of town. Right next to a massage parlor and there's even a KFC, both within walking distance. Breakfast is included every morning and is absolutely delicious. The in-suite pool and hot tub are the perfect touch. This was an absolutely incredible stay and we look forward to coming back.

Water in the property is a bit slimmy, so every time you wash your face or hands you feel a bit sliminess.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They cater to all your requests on time. They will greet you every time you wnter or leave the property. They also suggest good places to visit around the property. Must try the floating breakfast if you are going for honeymoon.

The food menu was limited. The pool had no heating. Mosquitoes are everywhere

The pool was great. Staff was very friendly and provided free decorations on every room service. The food was served to the room every morning. Laundry was inexpensive and was returned within a day. Android tv had Netflix already open or you can stream from your phone to the tv. Size was amazing. Decor and design of the villa was beautiful.

the location wasn’t ideal for me - but no major drama just a bit too far from Legian/Seminyak beaches

I had 2 friends come & visit & the staff were great. supplied extra plate knife fork, kept the pool filter on and supplied extra towel

the breakfast was pretty average the bed was very uncomfortable and I had to ask for the sheets to be changed when I arrived due to heavy staining/soiling the location was pretty far out of Seminyak, had to taxi/grab everywhere most days I would be out from 10:30/11 and return around 3PM And my villa wouldn’t have been cleaned

the pool was great + the hammock the staff were so friendly and really accommodating the air con was really good and kept the Villa cold

Could have more variety of food. We had breakfast daily but the meal came with things missing, no knifes, and sometimes milk for coffee sometimes not. ordered pork but they had none etc. couple of days the room didn't get cleaned. sheets had stains on them.
