I liked everything but I will suggest they supply more pool chairs around both pool areas.

Gardens absolutely beautiful, once you come off main road after reception area it is very quiet, the street noise just disappears. Close to everything, staff just lovely & very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

There was a choice of buffet breakfast or you could get breakfast at the Cafe. The location was on main road which meant that you could get transport easily but you couldn't hear the traffic when in the resort. The massages were lovely and all the staff were friendly.

The walls were quite thin and could hear a lot of our neighbours movements, but we weren't in the room much, so it wasn't a massive issue. Everything else was perfect.

Really enjoyed the location very close to lots of restaurants and the beach is a 2 minute walk! The grounds of the hotel were lovely and very quiet, set back from the main street so you didn't hear anything. The pools were also great, one large pool and one slightly smaller one great for a morning swim.

Bath towels were very worn - They need new stock of towels . When we called a couple of times through to reception or the restaurant - no answer We did request luggage to be picked up to be taken to reception ready for our car pick up however no one came and unable to call reception so we took the luggage up ourselves

Three things we didn’t like: - towels and lenen are so old and smelly even if they change them they are still smelly that in one day we changed 2 times the shower towels and they were still smelly. - room are outdated and not much decoration, very plan room decoration. - the hotel has a restaurant called Papas beach, once we had breakfast was good and once we ordered wood grilled chicken but it was super old and taste bad and they knew about it, so I asked to returned and replaced with pizza.

Hotel is in amazing location, close by every thing and infront of public beach. Hotel reception, entrance and service were amazing

The traditional pool hoggers. The people who save a spot around the pool. Leave their towels on the seat for hours and staff seemed to just leave them there. Should be a 1 hr time limit before staff are able to move the towels.

Cannot beat this stay for comfort, location and staff friendliness. Everyone goes beyond making your stay one the remember. From the moment you are met at the front gate, to the front office staff, then to the guys who kindly take you to your room this place is first class and small enough to be a hidden gem. The pools are clean and the attached restaurant is convenient

The rooms we stayed in had a musty odor, and it was evident that mold had been painted over. The bathrooms, in particular, require maintenance. I hope the resort, which was once beautiful and seems well-cared for, undergoes a thorough restoration soon, especially the bathrooms. They really need it.

We loved our villa and the whole hotel. The Java villa was very spacious and private, the plunge pool and garden were perfect. Staff were always happy to help. Beautiful garden grounds and cosy vibe. Very quiet considering proximity to everything. Location was convenient right across from the beach and many cafes/restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

to tell the truth we didn't like the spa people pushing their services during breakfast. by all means put a brochure in my room or have them in the entrance way but dining/ breakfast needs to be non commercial. 8

There are no lifts in the property. My room was in floor 3, So difficulty in climbing up the stairs for old parents. Though the staff changed my room to Floor 2, it would be better to have lifts.

Liked the location close to beach, shop, restaurants. Well maintained property. Breakfast buffet available from 7am.
