Linen is very old bed sheets and towels needs to be replaced with newer, shower heads and plugs need maintenance both blocked. bad sewerage smell in one of the bedrooms, both safes were not working properly had to use keys, we feel these are easy fixes and mainly our feedback is for the property to take onboard. As a suggestion it would be great if the shuttle cart did more than 2 x runs per day to the shopping centre /beach etc. And pick up for return would be great when travelling with elderly parents who struggle to walk distances.

Beds comfortable, pool good, breakfast was good a lot of variety, staff amazing very attentative, nothing too much trouble a credit to the property and should be acknowledged, room cleaned every day with efficiency and quickly, nice and quiet location, very peaceful and relaxing, easy and quick check in and check out with Maria.

Nothing. Our aircon unit constantly dripped so we had to place towels underneath to stop the kids slipping on the tiles but didn't phase us.

Lovely two-bedroom villa, perfect for families and young children as the glass doors between the living areas and pools were lockable. Beds comfortable, villa was clean and comfortable. Short five-minute walk to main shopping street for restaurants/shops. Laundry service around the corner. Corner shop selling cheap ice-creams just outside the villa gates - kids were rapt. Staff were lovely, breakfast every morning very tasty and a good size. We've already re-booked another stay and will continue to stay here when in Bali.

The location was a bit far out amongst twisted narrow backstreets to get to main shops and restaurants. It was ideal if you could ride a motorcycle. They did have a shuttle bus which ran once a day if you ordered it.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The private pool area was fantastic nice and secluded Even had an outside shower and extra toilet. The inside of room had plenty of room and everything you needed with little extras. Could’ve done with a better mattress a bit lumpy otherwise perfect room.

Musty smell and mould on bathroom door, shower water temp was temperamental and tap in bathroom basin water pressure poor. Electric socket on bathroom wall was hanging off wall (Louisa suit). Breakfast was basic .

The beds were very comfy, private pool was a delight, rooms were spacious.and clean. Gardens and surrounds were beautiful. Staff pleasant, happy and helpful.

Unfortunately, there are not enough amenities in the room. However, this was unavoidable due to the low cost of accommodation.

Even though I made a reservation on the day of my stay, they were ready to accommodate me immediately and I was able to stay safely. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The pool was clean and I was able to fully enjoy my short stay. Although the location of the hotel is a bit complicated, it is close to the downtown area and I enjoyed my stay in Sanur.

The mattresses are hard I could feel the bed springs in my back, please buy new softer mattresses. The property needs pest control, we had centipedes, ant’s, mosquitos, flys and spiders in our room. The bedroom sliding doors are not sealed properly so insects are able to enter, also the aircon struggles to cool the room due to the doors not being properly sealed. I’m saying all this, the location is great and the staff were so lovely that me and my husband will be back again in September. Good service really makes a difference.

The staff. Maria at reception was SO lovely. She really made us feel welcome and ensured that we were enjoying our holiday. Maria made us feel like she genuinely cared about us and for this I am forever grateful. The ladies in the restaurant prepare lovely food and are super friendly :) the location was fantastic and the free shuttle bus was an awesome bonus that saves you money on taxis.

There is nothing we really didn't like as it still has that older Bali feel about the Villas, but yes the rooms could do with some maintenance, mainly the bathroom area and the bed linen will need to be replaced even though it was always clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleesha Villas. All the staff from reception, house keeping, food service, gardeners, security and airport transfers are so friendly and are willing to help with any questions or problems you may have. 5 stars for the wonderful staff. Our 1 bedroom pool villa was very private and quiet during the night. The pool was great and clean and after walking around for a few hours, it was wonderful for a cool off. We were always greeted with a happy good morning and the breakfast choices were ample. Having our own space in the Villa was great with plenty of room and nicely air conditioned for a restful sleep. We stayed in a suite. The room just needs some minor fixes. Toilet paper rolls on the floor as holder not there, curtains grubby, glass shower screens very grubby. Needs a good spring clean. Easy to fix these with a small amount of money spent.

Nice big rooms with large bathroom. Excellent pool area with good massage setup. Friendly, helpful staff. Probably 1km walk to main street but easy walking. Great restaurants nearby.

The location of resort and the size of the studio rooms and their easy access to the pool. We were lucky to have a big fridge which fits with our type of holiday. The pool temperature was great and hot chips from the on-site restaurant were awesome. Twice daily shuttle to supermarket or beach was very convenient. The staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again.
