Rooms were good but the better ones as seen in most of the pics are wayy more pricey.

Buffet breakfast 10/10 (Brownie was so die for!!) good vibe with a relaxing beach bar! Spectacular entrance and close to Mexicola & other great places!

1. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, great selection of local and continental offerings. 2. I got unwell mid-trip, hotel staff were concerned and caring, the manager (Rina) checked in on us daily, sending up teas and broths to our room to make sure we were looked after and we certainly felt special :) 3. Location was close to Seminyak center so it was easy to get around in a part of Bali that would’ve otherwise been inundated by heavy traffic to and from.

This hotel was rated as a five star, but there is definitely room for improvement. My room had a musty smell and dit not have a desk. My impression was not a positive one as it seemed a bit too outdated for a five star. My choice for this hotel was influenced by the pictures and I was quite disappointed. This hotel should definitely not be priced as a five star hotel.

Upon checking I was pleasantly attended by the very friendly staff all along my stay for 5 nights. Special mention to Pipi and Ciska. The breakfast buffet is a five star, a wide array of choices. I happen to be very picky about food but their buffet and even the Seasalt restaurant menu exceeded my expectations, very gourmet like for those who enjoy exquisite delicacies. The hotel has several extensions to the main building and you can get to your room by a connected bridge or a golf car transportation. Prior to arriving I had requested a quiet room because of a noisy neighboring hotel and they put me in a private residence with a pool (the hotel has three other pools in the main building).

The rooms were so spacious and the Wi-Fi was excellent, we stayed in the ocean view suite and it was stunning! The staff were amazing, especially our concierge who organised our tour exactly how we wanted and we even made it back to the Hotel in time for a massage at the Hotel which was wonderful after a full day of walking. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, the quality of the food and amount of choice was just amazing. The location was perfect for us as it was quite central to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel and Service. From arrival and ghe way of welcoming to the checkout Yana did absolutely amazing job. The Room, Cleaning,Comfort and Amazingly exceptional Breakfast.

We didnt like first rooms so we changed it to another which had no smell of mold and canal of the sea. very helpfull stuff. They did change the room right away.

Staff is extremly nice, all of them from the reception to restaurant. Everyone trying so hard to make staying with Alila enjoyable. They try hard to fix if something is not at your expectations. Now they are little bit renovating hotel, not a slight of noise. I prefered the room looking at pool, rather than sea canal (very smelly)

The pillows weren’t comfortable I found but that wasn’t a big issue considering everything else was wonderful

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we had a god stay. They were so good to my toddler as well, and it’s very family friendly. The rooms were very clean and tidy, the housekeeping came twice a day and if you needed anything it was not any issue. My son loved the kids club as well, which had wonderful staff. Highly recommend and will be back!

Since it is well maintained, the facility is little bit old.

The swimming pools and the view of the room is fantastic. Loves the breakfast and the pool bar also~ Lobby is breathtaking and comfortable as well.

The best stay we have had in a while. The breakfast was excellent at Alila. There was a wide range to select from and the staff were terrific. There are 3 pools on the property all of which are of a good size and elevated, so you can get a terrific view along the beach or just enjoy a sunset. The staff at Alila are exceptional. We stayed in a Suite with Ocean View which we loved. We are definatelygoing back..

The drinks were pretty expensive for Bali, but I guess that’s to be expected in such a fab hotel

We loved the size of the rooms, they were huge! The staff were amazing with our baby and provided a cot and some toiletries for him. There were lots of other baby services on offer too including sterilising machines. The breakfast was out of this world and fills you up for the entire day! The WiFi was excellent The location was perfect super close to lots of top notch restaurants The three pools were fab and it never felt overly busy

It would have been great if the hotel and provided a shuttle service that took you beyond the road down to the main road, just to some of the main eating and shopping areas.

Relaxing by the pool, eating, drinking, overlooking the sea. I didn't get a "sea view" room but still got a sea view past the pool and gardens. Staff were helpful and friendly

We visited for my partners 40th surprise birthday trip and had another couple come with us. We visit frequently but firth time staying in a large hotel. Our friends arrived the night before us and while we booked the same rooms and I had let the hotel know it was our birthday event, our friends received a room upgrade upon arrival but we didn’t. On the check out day, we couldn’t stay longer to accomodate for our 10:30pm flight due to hotel being overbooked however another couple at the pool that day had no problem keeping their room until 7pm without extra charge. We also got bumped to the second last building away from main pool facilities which caused a bit of a walk back and worth, causing us to feel like we were getting the short end of the stick while it was us inviting friends to stay at the hotel. Overall the staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful, just wish more was done for us.

Very convenient location with great service. With the day to day keeping nothing seemed to be an issues with the staff.
