The location of this Motel is fabulous and value for money. The pool is cool and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Communicating with reservation staff is impossible. No response to emails. When we stayed in October last year, I requested rooms close to reception as my husband has a significant mobility issue. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor and there’s no lift!!! I was incensed by the complete incompetence of the reservation staff and then, the reception staff. I exercised great control, I didn’t scream at them, I was exceedingly polite!! We were then allocated a room on the second floor. Laughably a friend who travelled with us but arrived later was allocated the room I requested! 😬🙄

Have stayed here many times. Great location. Breakfast is good but the bread is tasteless!

the lack of elevator, requested ground floor due to knee injury, no able to obtain which left me going home with a painful knee. the floor wasn’t clean first day the bathroom is to small. tv isn’t a smart tv so useless

its location. quieter part of legian but close enough to beach, shops. good value for money. the staffs was friendly and ever so helpful. thank you very much to them for trying very hard to make our stay comfortable.

Breakfast was in buffet style, very good. Pool is clean and safe to swim. Room is large, very comfortable beds, complementary water, coffee, tea. Dinner is also very good.

The porches were very nice but it is a lot of cigarette smoke from all the other people on their porches if you don't like that.

The pool is lovely. The staff are very nice. Having the little porches were great and I loved having the little day bed in the room. Breakfast had many good options.

I was disappointed with the general condition of the property this time. The standard of cleanliness has deteriorated and new bath towels are needed badly. Breakfast was ok but needs more variety of hot foods and is not as good as it was pre covid.

My family & I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 6 or so years. Love the location. The staff were very nice especially Yudi at reception and Dewi at the spa.

We're not looking clean but great and full spots and marks after Being changes daily Also the cleaning needs to be done more efficiently Bed very good And comfortable I liked a lot they put two. The property is 3 star, so a little tired, but at that price point you don’t expect a luxurious resort. Greying towels. Pool only 1.2m deep, which was ok for us but may not suit some people. Also, there’s nowhere near enough sun lounges. Breakfast included was ok, but very basic. Really weird placement of long window of frosted glass from room to bathroom, can make out the shape of whoever was sitting on the loo. Still good value for what we paid.

Good price and able to get connected rooms with our teens, which is why we picked it. excellent location to restaurant/shops/markets/short 5 min walk to beach. clean. Comfortable beds. Brilliant staff. useful mini fridge. clean pool. Seems most rooms have a balcony to view of pool. Room-service menu reasonable price and selection of foods. Great air conditioning. Staff very quick to reply to email after I booked, and quick to respond to requests during stay.

not very good cleaners the rooms weren’t cleaned very good at all, orange stains in the white grout in bathroom, stains on furniture, bedding and towels. rooms need a nice hot soapy water with disinfectant smelling clean clothes with a good wipe down and clean. I checked the cleaners equipment oh there cleaning clothes were dirty looking and stained. they only sweep the floor and mop heads yuck so dirty looking.

the bedsheet is very rough even they change it everyday. the aesthetic red couch smells so bad, I suggest they should change it to less maintenance couch materials. it’s pretty much old hotel. I wouldn’t comeback.

They don't have lift so if we bring big luggage, we have to use stairs. Some area a bit dirty, maybe because old building. Towel old and the smell not fresh even it's new.

Mostly all the room facing swimming pool. We get the best view facing pool to the building main lobby. The pool is great.
