Singaporeall is excellent, Sharing a little idea, perhaps the wifi router could be reset every week once to clear the packets is able to flush to avoid lagginess for guest in the rooms. Or perhaps the access point could be change to wifi6 access point as well if available. cheers!

New hotel, clean and comfy! staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good with local dishes. chef able to customize different eggs you want everyday. Great stay during cny, nice deco for guests to be in festive mood. Location is ok, there’s one jap restaurant, eating house next to the hotel. we got to try a viral indomie Bangladesh across the road and can’t get enough of it! open 24hrs!

Mr Rahmat is very professional and has good customer service. Night market with Chinese food is just opposite the hotel within walking distance. Ktv lounge in the hotel is good and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and fully equipped. The breakfast variety is good. Value for money. They even provided complimentary pick up from tanjong pinang ferry terminal to the hotel. Thanks to the team for the great customer service. Will recommend all to book alltrue.

SingaporeThe karaoke partying was till 3 am, could be heard in my room. It was too loud. I could not sleep until about 4am. In total I only had 2 hours of sleep and we had to get ready for our morning walk and meetings. I will return in January please host me in a quiet room.
The staffs professionalism from reception, housekeeping and restaurant waiters, waitresses and chefs are so obliging making us comfortable.

This has been the best hotel experience throughout my travelling experience. I brought a big family of 12 pax, and its definitely not easy to handle but the hotel staff has gone out of their way to ease alot of our troubles! The staff were so sincere in helping us with shopping tips, where to get food, transportation and even food. My highest compliments to the GM or owner of the hotel, she definitely went out of her way by making sure we were sent to the ferry terminal safely. she was so humble and definitely made our experience greater. Hotel rooms were definitely new and comfortable. The cleanliness was also great! The front desk made sure we were able to have connecting rooms and were on the same level. On top of that, wifi was good throughout the hotel. easy connection. Another compliment goes to the chef at the restaurant. Food was of great quality and worth the wait. A bit of hiccup, but the service recovery was fast and superb. Sincere apologies from the staff and they ensured improvements. I love the breakfast too. good spread and honestly zero negative comments on the food. It was really well cooked and nice! This hotel deserves a high rating for service and quality. we have already made plans to return! Thank u once again to every staff that has made our stay a great and memorable one!
