We loved the entire experience in Bali. There was nothing we didn't like.

Our stay at Aloft was fantastic and memorable. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food and service in the restaurant was top class and the rooftop pool was ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets. We will always remember the awesome staff, Wii, Dove and the entire crew. the traffic towards the hotel can be very busy during peak hours and on fridays and saturdays. It took us 1hr just to get back to the hotel for a 10mins drive (according to google map)

Breakfast is awesome, eggs are perfect and the view at the rooftop where the breakfast is located is superb. Bed is large and comfy. King bed can easily fit 3 adults. Location is close to the beach, walking distance. Staff are friendlly and helpful

Not the Hotel's fault - the traffic to get anywhere locally.

The staff were all very friendly and happy and made us feel very welcome. The room was as described and pictured. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a pool access room which was great and convenient. The restaurant had a good range of choices for breakfast and also for the two meals we ate there. Only a short walk to the beach.

Location was a bit further than my usual but with Grab cars it was never a problem.

Corridors can feel a little stuffy.

Excellent location to nearby beach clubs and dining options. Incredible view from the infinity rooftop pool with plenty of options in their breakfast buffet.

good breakfasts. Sold out of my favorite meal and never was reordered for 4 days (steak). One elevator broken all week long. No microwave oven in the room. Very nice bed, cleaning staff were great, shower water pressure was great.

The only drawback I suppose is the slight lack of ventilation along the corridors. Nothing apart from that!

One of the best stays I've ever had. Dewi at the reception and the rest were amazing throughout. Breakfast was good. Clean overall. Pool table & PS4 at the bar were added bonus.

the value of the property is very overpriced.. regardless of the facilities.

the staff was very lovely at the hotel. the room was clean. the bathroom was nice and spacious. the bed was comfortable. the terrace restaurant was lovely.

The location isn't the best, it's not that it's far, it's that the traffic is so bad. That said that's the same all over Bali. Our room also had a concrete wall for the view, but the room was very nice and thus it didn't bother us much (we did book on the day).

The hotel is lovely, exceptional service from the reception to security, and the room is spacious, comfortable with a great TV, air con, and overall this is a great modern hotel. It's a lot more than other places in Bali to be honest, but after having to walk out of another hotel due to mould, we just wanted quality, and this hotel certainly provided it. There is a small convenience store opposite open 24/7 so that's a huge bonus. We ended up extending our stay by a night and they gave us a good price. If you want no worries about quality, and you got the funds, (we not talking big bucks), stay here.

the moment we arrive, we were given welcome drinks, and properly handled by the staff. very friendly, nice staff. lobby was nice & colourful, pool tables, free snacks & coffee all day.

The toilet is a glass door, a bit loud when you flush If you plan to rent a car, make sure you have a good skill .. but the best way to explore Kuta, will be motorbike !

The staff is helpful, we decided to rent a motorbike, the staff help us to contact the vendor and sent the bike to hotel, and you just need to pass the key to the receptionist when you check out They served a little cake at tea time with a choice of coffee or tea.. you can get a try of their local cake The breakfast is highlighted! My friend highly recommend the egg Benedict and I just love all the choice The spa is excellent !

I think the rate of the rooms was slightly high, especially during non- season. I could tell the hotel wasn’t packed. I tried to extend if I was given a good deal, but it wasn’t worth extending. Overall, everything was amazing, would definitely recommend it if it was a reasonable price.
