The staff was wonderful. They did everything to make us feel welcome and informed. I was surprised by their attention and dedication to us. The rooms and breakfast were great. We visited the Spa for a wonderful and affordable Bali massage. Unfortunately, we spent only 2 nights there and did not use the pool. The place is quite and well maintained.

Had a fab stay here! Room was simple but had everything we needed (mostly the AC & fridge to store water for us!) It was also really quiet where we were. Pool was lovely and a nice spot to relax next to All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the staff running breakfast who would take the time to show me what food was gluten-free and brought me gf toast each morning! Also enjoyed the fun towel animals that the cleaner's left for us each day! Hotel's in the middle of Seminyak so easy to get around

The staff are amazing and so friendly. The resort is clean and well maintained and in a fantastic location. Rooms are a good size with large bathrooms. The breakfast buffet has a large selection to cater to all tastes.

The air condition in both bedrooms are not working well. I stayed in the master bedroom and I felt very warm and had to open the door to the bathroom as another air condition in the bathroom worked perfectly. The pillows are too bigger and hard. I like the outdoor shower in the master bedroom but the water leaked into the indoor bathroom every time I showered.

We got an upgrade from two rooms to a two bedroom pool villa at a very good price, and the villa is spacious! The pool is a bit bigger than normal pool in a normal pool villa, which is good. My family and I talked every day that it was the best decision to do that upgrade. The location is right in the center where we can walk to many restaurants, shops and cafes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the hotel made available the adapters in both bedrooms.

I thought the spa was way too expensive, we got a massage service to come to the hotel. The two single beds were very very firm and quite narrow. The Bali self serve coffee at breakfast was weak as dishwater. I ordered an espresso.

The staff were so responsive helpful and friendly they felt like friends! Coffee station in our room to fix hot drinks was great. Good sized room with twin beds and large bathroom. The restaurant was excellent, I had my favourite meal in Bali there. Great coffee too.

Located in a busy area, but surprisingly quiet. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much. Hotel breakfast was quite comprehensive and of a very good standard. Lunch and dinner was very good.
