We had a problem with one of the three TVs, however, it was taken care of very quickly by the management team.

Wonderful villa, with all possible amenities. Very clean, spacious and the pool was double the normal size of a villa plunge pool. Excellent location, close enough to beach, restaurants, bars and entertainment, but still so very quiet in the villa. We will definitely consider the villa again if staying in Legian. The cleaner was available every day, however, we were able to ask for days off if we required more privacy.

The location is away from the too busy, in a quiet alley way. Walk to anything you would need. I liked the privacy, the pool, the bathtub and the location best.

The only thing wasnt good was the cleaner. The last day we checked out the lady turned up to clean. We told her we were not checking out until 12.00pm and thought she would leave and come back She stayed in the garage talking loud on her phone and we had to close the door so as we couldnt hear her and have some privacy. At 11.00am she came into the villa and started to clean around us when we were trying to have showers and pack. This made our last 2 hours in the villa very uncomfortable and gave us no personal space which was very frustrating and we were just trying to enjoy our last few hours there. She would also turn up to clean and take hours to tidy up villa. This does not reflect on the villa itself as we would definitely stay again but we would be more firm on when we would want the cleaner there. Other wise we loved our stay there.

Location was great, felt safe and secure. Villa was cleaned every day and the pool man came to clean to pool during our 6 day stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms we big and layout of villa was fantastic. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the accommodation.

We would of preferred to be on the same level as our daughter as one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom on ground level. You can lock the doors! Be mindful of the bats as night, so don’t sleep with window or door open!

Very good location nestled amongst the busy streets of Legian. Very comfortable, clean and quiet considering the location!

I loved it all! Such a lovely place, very quiet but also close to everything! Only 5-10 min walk all the bars & shopping ! A convenience store & some Lovely cafes just 1 min walk if you don’t feel like walking to far We will definitely be back

There was a slight smell with everything in the kitchen drawers and the pantry but this is to be expected in an open living house.

This villa is amazing! It has everything you could possibly need. The cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating, the location is absolutely perfect. All comforts are taken care of. We slept in the down stairs bedroom and the bed was soooo comfy. Definitely coming back!

Alfie met us at the property and showed us around the villa. The Villa is in a great location nice and quiet and a short walk to restaurants. The villa is spacious and very clean. Wayan comes each day at the same time 10 am to clean which was perfect as we had privacy and knew when she would arrive. There is everything you could need if you wanted to cook but we chose to eat out. The pool was big and refreshing to swim in. Quick responses via messaging when we required anything.

Great sized villa, on days where we wanted to chill it was the perfect pool/outdoor area to hang out. such a beautiful and well kept place! good location too, we could walk to good restaurants and Legian beach from there. We had great service throughout as well, the manager organised airport transfer and greeted us with a tour of the place. A cleaner came each day as well to tidy up which was nice to come back from a big day to a clean room.

We loved everything! The only thing that I can fault is that the upstairs bed is 2 king singles pushed together and not a king. We always found ourselves in the crack!

This villa is stunning. Every detail has been carefully selected. It is extremely spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool is amazing, the upstairs bedroom is huge, there is a washing machine available and even a garage attached. We will definitely come back

Just felt should be more communication between staff members ie manager through to cleaner/pool man - a few little amenities missing from the villa required but overall a lovely place to stay

Location was perfect and the liked the quietness of the property - felt very tucked away and close to some fab restaurants and shopping
