It felt a bit like a prison cell with the courtyard / swimming pool area devoid of sun most of the day Location is awful set right back 20 min walk to nearest beach along a road with very little in way of shops/bars/restaurants

Good breakfast and location is near the little central hub if locals. I enjoyed. Only 5 min ride from the beach. My room was smelling a little bit but I asked and they changed me straight away. I would stay there again.

The rooms, especially the bathroom, are older in appearance, but in this location (which is one of the most expensive in Bali), it still offers good accommodation for an excellent price. Within a 20-minute walk, you reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. The downside was the noise in some rooms, depending on which side your windows faced

The hotel rooms have seen better days; however, they are clean and sufficient. Breakfast is local, with a lot of rice and noodles. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast very monotonous. No yoghurt, no cookies, only asian food or bread and jam. Fruit only oranges and watermelon. You should improve it. It’s not ideal for European clients. Also cleaning is not accurate. My bathroom was dirty had to ask for extra cleaning, good point they were quick and responsive. Throw away those sheets full of marks and spots, they are definitely washed but stains didn’t go away.

The staff is amazing, very gentle, accommodating and did their best to make me happy. The location is perfect, by scooter you will reach all beaches very fast. Lots of nice restaurants/warungs nearby

Breakfast was good but everything was cold. Every day there was a different option as asían bb but yet cold. Internet was sometimes down.

It was super clean, good amenities, they service the rooms pretty Quickly, my check in time was at midday, there was hot and cold water available at all times, nice and big space near the pool and where brwakfast was served. Staff was nice although their english is not pretty good so sometimes it was a bit of a struggle but that happens.almpst in all Indonesia. Ac working perfectly.

The TV wasn't clear and dominated by local channels, the breakfast could have been a little better, i expected English breakfast with a Sausage or something but things improved when fried rice became part of the menu. The Coffee wasn't hot/warm throughout. Also alot of young people smoking within the restaurant area wasn't pleasant. In the evening you lost a big business opportunity, you should have been preparing a variety of foods at reduced rate, improve the lighting, organise some music and traditional dances so that we could always something to look up to in the evening at the hotel, remember you had foreigners visiting for a short time and you could have done better in showcasing your culture but also entertain them while they eat and rest and long days in the meeting rooms. ( I have been generous enough to tell you all this)

The hotels is closer to Nusa Dua Hotel which made it easy to move about. Aircon, water worked well , also the cleaning team showed up in good time and did a good Job. Staff were helpful at the reception and some understood English better. Staff was generally smart. Also loved the security which was there and i was able to reach out to some local eateries and enjoy your traditional food.

The worst of all things was the uncooperative behaviour of reception when the room card was misplaced by me and the receptionist asked for money to issue other card. I have been travelling since my childhood but never seen extra charging because of card.

It is a good price for what you get. The location is walkable to Nusa Dua main beaches etc. The staff were friendly. The breakfast which was included was awesome. So really good value for money - lower end.

Loud music played from ground floor by the hotel every morning which woke me up around 6am. This could be heard loudly in my first floor room
