It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a dark lane to the hotel where one may feel insecure. But kuta is very safe.

The only thing personally was the gym. It didn’t have enough equipment/weights. But I actively go to the gym 5-6 days a week back home. So this is probably not a problem for 99% of the guests. Just a heads up for gymrats.

Great and welcoming staff, ready to help you with anything you need. The rooms and hotel in general are very clean and smell good. Nice pool where you can relax and a very good restaurant. For breakfast you even have multiple courses and multiple options for each course. Even as a big eater you don’t have to worry about being full.

Nothing except it being in Kuta but it doesn't feel like you are in Kuta when you are in the hotel.

Very luxurious hotel. The staff were exceptional. The room was amazing, the pool was nice. The restaurant was divine. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to treat yourself.

Huge, beautifuly decorated rooms, comfi bead, new linen, great pillows. Green, very nice pool area. A la carte breakfast - next level. Staff great, did not have a touth brush, so they brought it less than in a minute. Good location.

The location is a bit off the road, which is nice but can be a little hazardous for walking to the main road. The pool often smelled like cigarette smoke so we weren't able to sit outside our pool side room.

food was wonderful service was lovely room was very comfortable and we appreciated AC after 10 days of not having any in the jungle The staff welcome with very warm and accommodating.

The bar or room service closed at 23:00, which is a little early. I suggest keeping it open longer within reasonable terms.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and hospitable. Great breakfast and a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Overall, it was great value for money and exceeded all expectations.

The room did not have a shower hose - hence it was difficult to shower my small daughter. The view was not so nice. There were loads of rats and stray dogs outside of the hotel. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown comparing to other hotels we have been to.

The hotel looked quite nice and modern. It was conveniently located close to the beach and big shopping centre.

We could hear a lot of noise from people in the hallway outside the room and also from the room next door - so sound insulation wasn’t perfect. The property is not on the beach and down a narrow alleyway. Not a deal-breaker, but know that this is not an ocean-front hotel.

Comfortable, well-designed room. When we first got there, they gave us a room facing a wall. We paid extra for a pool-facing room, so we had to go through the process of requesting a room change. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom featured a rain shower head.

Just one thing, they charge the broken glass for $60000 rup. It can not be denied that’s our fault, but the price for the glass is ridiculous.

There was some construction outside our side of the building and they worked until very late at night. Otherwise considering how busy this area is, the hotel is very quiet.

It was a great experience staying here! Loved the pool area and breakfast/ restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The room was perfect and next time we will stay longer!
