The first room we got had some issues and they arranged another room for us the second night. Sound proofing at the spa needs improvement.

The common space is beautifully decorated and the plants are well manicured. The breakfast is of high quality. There’re daily cultural activities like making farmer hat with coconut leaves. Staff are always helpful and smiling. They let us use their mountain bikes and we explored the Kuta seaside all the way to Seminyak.

We got a free upgrade to a 100sqm room with lobby and huge bathroom. Was amazing stay for one night! Bed was very comfy, bathroom superb. Breakfast good enough.

Breakfast is acceptable as i dont have too much expectation on hotel breakfast . But i do like ala carte which is no food waste. Room is excellent ,pillow and bed are comfortable.

Nothing. It’s a bit tricky to find, as it’s off the main road, down a little lane way, but it is signed - just down from Waterbom.

Truly, everything. Lovely property, great location, wonderful staff, delicious food & excellent value for money. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is located in a 5 min walk from the Kuta beach which is popular among locals, Indonesian tourists and a family-friendly place. I liked its ambience a lot. Friendly and attentive staff. I would say this hotel could even be considered a 5-star hotel.

We had such a wonderful time and on our day of departure we left a little bit on a bitter note. We requested a shower room as our flight was leaving in the evening. This was not a problem. We were told to wait as they would prepare it. When we entered the room it was a room that was just being left by other guests who checked out and they unfortunately left the room in a very unclean condition. As everything was always with love for detail and cleanliness we expected at least that the bathroom would have been checked and cleaned before. We were not able to use the toilet as it was so dirty. That of course made us uncomfortable using the shower or putting our stuff down.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amnaya in Kuta. Everything from beach to mall to shops and restaurants is in walking distance. The food in the restaurant is excellent and all of the staff was absolutely lovely and beyond friendly. They even remembered my food allergy during the stay and made sure I did not eat anything not good for me. The pool is great and so is the gym. Also the spa treatment was excellent and a real experience. Loved it.

Walking to the hotel from the main road was via a dark lane with speedy motorcycles from adjacent lanes. Only one small size pool for the whole resort was a bit of a disappointment.

I liked the room, spacious, clean and with comfortable two beds. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of options to choose from. The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times.
