Best is impossible Outstanding service from the reception to the restaurant. All the staff are very kind and super efficient like I've never seen before. Due to an early check-out (before breakfast opening time);they prepared 2 boxs for take away with a full breakfast ready at 5:30am 🙂 The bedroom was quite spacious and modern and fully equipped. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work. For sure the best service among 3 weeks in Bali. I will never forget how great you have been🙏

Nothing, we loved everything!

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean hotel! Breakfast, lunch at the pool and dinner in the restaurant was very good, perfect if you don't wanna go out of the hotel for a day. They had a lot of activities that seemed fun, but unfortunately had no time to participate.

Beautifully clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, spa, gym. It’s a quiet haven 2 mins walk from the chaos. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Would be our first choice next time.

A bit disappointing breakfast, although it is al a carte, but the taste is so so. I would expect it to have more quality as in Bali there is plenty of great food.

Spacious room with amazing green garden in balcony, very good linen and clean. Lovely pool area. Could not get a spot in the spa, all booked in advance. Staff is helpful. Overall a very nice hotel, stayed for the second time and would come for third.

Small complaint, the mini bar fridge wasn’t very cold and couldn’t be adjusted due to a broken controller.

Amnaya exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast amazing. The most comfortable beds I’ve slept on while travelling. Our room was clean, quiet and the air conditioning was fantastic

Noise from the water park but it didn't worry my husband at all and by 6 pm the park was closed so we had restful night sleeps in the luxury King bed.

The room was immaculate thanks to Yudi, who made our stay extra special with towel decorations and his work colleagues Deva and Toufan
