As gluten free, I was a bit over the breakfast menu by the third morning - it was all tasty enough, but nothing delicious… Housekeeping could have been a little more attentive; we requested an extra bath towel, they should’ve continued to leave an extra throughout our stay. Same with water, we went through 2 bottles on first night, would’ve been appreciated if 2 bottles were left each day.

Property is very clean and well manicured. Pool is awesome, perfect temperature, appreciate that the bathroom is cleaned so frequently. Staff were super friendly and efficient for our extra requests. Welcome drinks are delish. Super comfy king bed. Bhava spa is amazing! Staff were all amazing, treatments super relaxing, teas and refreshments so yummy. Big thank you to Tya for being so friendly and helpful.

Staff are great & very accommodating, very clean with large comfortable bed & lounge in room, bigger & more relaxing rooms than most hotels. Restaurant onsite, dinner & breakfast choices are great. I asked for a smoothie which was not on the breakfast menu & even though one waitress did not understand what I wanted, another sorted for me, thankyou 🙏

I liked everything !

I loved the breakfast, so many interesting choices. And the food was well cooked and presented. The hotel was very classy & clean, very well maintained. The pool was fabulous, large and sparkling. Lots of poolside lounges. Perhaps the best thing was the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was very helpful, patient and often went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. In particular I would like to mention Satya, Ayu and Jay. You all helped to make one of my best holidays !

There's not much that we didn't like. We really enjoyed our stay. We sometimes just encountered some language barriers, but there was always someone available on shift that they could call that understood & spoke English better.

Loved every moment of our stay at Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua. Very relaxing ambiance, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast options, clean, modern, and well air-conditioned rooms. The complimentary supply of unlimited destilled water refills was a big bonus and very convenient.

Nothing. The slight problem with the restaurant that in the evening all popular dishes were sold out. It should not be like that. For breakfast we received only one fruit plate though we were two, and only one basket of bread.

Everything was really great and more than we expected. Spacious room with soft towels and comfortable bed. Surprisingly no noise from the street during the night. Nice design of the room. Private balcony. The furniture was not new but definitely not as old as you can sometimes see even in well known resorts. Impeccable personnel really trying their best to serve all your needs.

Amnaya was truly such an amazing resort and i would stay here again in a heartbeat. The facilities were beautiful - spa, gym, restaurant, pool. The pool was honestly the highlight, we spent majority of our holiday here and loved it. The water was perfect temp, the lounge chairs were comfortable, the layout was so well thought out, and the bar was amazing. The room was faultless, the staff were all amazing, really don’t have a bad word to say.

There is no direct beach available, but in the same time it is only 3,4 minutes walk from the hotel.

This was the cleanest hotel we had in our stay in Bali. The vibe was very relaxing and the food in the restaurant was amazing. The best part to make our experience excellent were the friendly staff members, especially Ayu who welcomed us at the reception.

The location ain’t great. It’s a 10 minute walk to the dodgy local beach so you need to walk further to a beachside resort to find a nice space. Do your research on the location.

Very much a boutique hotel, 55 rooms I believe. Lovely pool area and very good breakfast included. It is a la carte which is civilised with a number of interesting choices. Our room was nice 315. A tad weird with the somewhat exposed bathroom but there is a privacy curtain. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

It was inviting from the beginning- we arrived late at 10pm, staff were amazing! Was new, clean but Balinese: ) ama in view from our room- so peaceful. Room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Huge thank you to Mita, Yudha, and Ramasa who were so friendly and made us feel so welcome.

- Our room faced the main road, very noisy and not the best sleep, if we were there for longer than 3 nights we would not have coped and would have needed to move rooms / location.

- Close to the airport after a long day of travelling - Fantastic, friendly staff - Great spa with very good prices - Beautiful restaurant with lovely food options - Pool was stunning, very peaceful

The beach is in walking distance, but the bit nicer beaches from Nusa Dua are a short taxi ride away or a walk along the street.

Very nice resort in Nusa Dua for everyone who want to stay in a bit smaller and more personal hotel in Nusa Dua. Super friendly staff, great food an perfect swimming pool to relax.

If you want to go to west side be prepared to be stuck in the jam, travel time from hotel to seminyak area will take 2.5 hours in the afternoon.

The breakfast was a wide spread, super value for money. And there were daily activities near the pool area. If you plan to stay in the hotel the whole day it's possible. The gym was well equipped as well.
