SwitzerlandA woman from the staff was not nice at all. She got me involved in things that weren't important. Like I forgot the lamp on the balcony.. and I specifically asked not to be disturbed on the first day... she called me 3x..in the morning after 23 hours of flight.. rude.

For the rest we enjoyed the exquisite breakfast and dinner, the beautiful spa and very comfortable rooms! All in all the best hotel where we stayed during our 3 month journey through Indonesia.

AustraliaBeautiful and big clean room. Staff were so friendly and accommodated whatever we needed - they set up a WhatsApps chat so I could request things via text like fresh water. My husband and I did a treatment at the spa and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Restaurant meals were also good. Decent location, although a bit of a walk to the nice part of the beach. Great pool.

I stayed in the Suite room which was lovely and spacious and the outside area had an amazing day bed and lovely cushions. We were locked down as it was Nyepi day (Day of Silence). But the hotel made sure that we were happy and we continued to use the pool area and had a buffet dinner.

GermanyAmnaya Resort Nusa Dua is good located close to the beach even that you have to cross a road it's just a two minutes walk. The Resort has huge and beautiful rooms with all main facilities. A lovely pool surounded by plants and trees with bar service right in front. For the breakfast there is a multiple choise menu card of excellent quality. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would book again on the visit there.

AustraliaThere are very few things that we didn’t enjoy about our short stay at Amnaya. This is certainly a high end residence made more enjoyable by a focus on the traditional, rather than the big, western style properties near by. The aircon unit in our room was a bit noisy. The restaurant opens to the road on one side which meant quite a bit of traffic noise. Access to the pool was through an open courtyard. Whilst pleasant to walk across it seemed quite disconnected from the rest of the property.
Beautiful traditional style building. The staff are absolutely lovely and eager to help as much as they can. The food from the restaurant is excellent, particularly the breakfast with level of choice and quality. We stayed in a junior suite which was very well appointed and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sunset. The facilities are excellent. A spacious, air-conditioned and well equipped gym. A beautiful open air yoga space. A wonderful pool area, perfect for relaxing with sun loungers and a few day beds spots, as well as full towel service, and food and drinks. We even had a monkey visitor one day which was a wonderful surprise.

Very easy to review - 100/100. Friendly welcome, staff is super friendly and helpful. Cool pool area, room with pleeeenty of space, we even had a small hidden laying area on the balcony. Best breakfast we had on Bali, great choice!
