Traffic noise but nothing can be done about this. We were offered a room away from the main road but it was too small for us.

Super excellent resort and lovely staff. We had a drama with lost item but it was (embarrassingly) self afflicted but Gede hand his team were lovely and so helpful.

If there is a thing to complain but very personal it’s the food taste. Everything we ate taste too plain, too simple, sometimes even tasteless. And the food prices are not the cheapest in Bali.

AMNAYA needs comfy couches so you can sit and people watch. Comfy area to chill out.

Quiet location, yet walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beach. Loved the Bhava Spa, pricey but so good. Pool area was lovely , good loungers & nice cocktails. Good coffee place abt 4mins walk Area Coffee Bali.

Exceptional resort to stay . From the moment you check in to the moment you check out staff are always going out of their way to make you feel so looked after . So much kindness! Room is great , breakfast is amazing, dinner is superb, swimming pool is fantastic and spa is brilliant. You will not regret staying at this place .

Nusa Dua is a nice quiet area, and Amnaya gave us everything we needed to have a good time. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was stellar and the pool area was well designed and fitted. The gym was even great. The staff are a wonderful team. Very glad we stayed here. Special thanks to Satya at reception who noted my birthday from my passport and went out of his way to make our holiday extra special.

The pool is quite a way from the main hotel. It’s also quite away location wise from the main area of Nusa Dua. There were plenty of restaurants nearby so didn’t matter to us.

The pool was a really nice pool and great surroundings, made it truly relaxing. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed and the bed was super comfy.

Location is not the best, taxi ride needed to reach any nicer beach or main strip. Also the hotel is situated right in front of a busy street and the noise never stops, windows are thin, impossible to sleep clamly if your room is facing the street. However, upon request our room was kindly changed to a more quite one and that was perfect.

Cozy Bali style facilities, spacious room, very nice pool area, exceptional breakfast with many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Just needed a ramp instead of the steps to the pool. That’s all.

We were a couple travelling with our 10 month old baby. This hotel is STUNNING. It really is. From the minute I walked into the lobby it was like being at a spa. Just so serene and calming. The room was insane, had the most beautiful decor. Massive bathtub, huge bed. Just wonderful. Cannot fault this place. If I had to dig deep, it would be that it needs a ramp/lift to get to the pool as for us with a pram was a little bit tricky with the steps but honestly this was not a resort to take a baby to, it’s too nice. It suits honeymoon vibes. The breakfast is a la carte so you order off a menu and get heaps of options. The pool area is stunning with beautiful day beds and sun loungers submerged in the pool. Our baby got sick, and the front desk organised a doctor for us so easily, they gave us extra water, just went that extra mile with no fuss. Had a lovely gym with new equipment.

The interior of the hotel was a bit dark, and the toilet was not isolated from the room.

The staff were very kind and heartwarming people. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was quite spacious. Their SPA has one of the best massages I have ever had.

As gluten free, I was a bit over the breakfast menu by the third morning - it was all tasty enough, but nothing delicious… Housekeeping could have been a little more attentive; we requested an extra bath towel, they should’ve continued to leave an extra throughout our stay. Same with water, we went through 2 bottles on first night, would’ve been appreciated if 2 bottles were left each day.

Property is very clean and well manicured. Pool is awesome, perfect temperature, appreciate that the bathroom is cleaned so frequently. Staff were super friendly and efficient for our extra requests. Welcome drinks are delish. Super comfy king bed. Bhava spa is amazing! Staff were all amazing, treatments super relaxing, teas and refreshments so yummy. Big thank you to Tya for being so friendly and helpful.

Staff are great & very accommodating, very clean with large comfortable bed & lounge in room, bigger & more relaxing rooms than most hotels. Restaurant onsite, dinner & breakfast choices are great. I asked for a smoothie which was not on the breakfast menu & even though one waitress did not understand what I wanted, another sorted for me, thankyou 🙏

I liked everything !

I loved the breakfast, so many interesting choices. And the food was well cooked and presented. The hotel was very classy & clean, very well maintained. The pool was fabulous, large and sparkling. Lots of poolside lounges. Perhaps the best thing was the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was very helpful, patient and often went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. In particular I would like to mention Satya, Ayu and Jay. You all helped to make one of my best holidays !
