Room not well cleaned at corners and taps etc not cleaned but in general quite ok

The bathroom could be cleaner. Please give guests the option of not changing the towels (to be more eco- friendly) with a sign in the bathroom that says "Dear guests, if you wish to have your towels changed, please place them in the bath tub." I wish there was a small table in the room that I could use to have TV dinner in the room

The american breakfast was good and the coffee was fragrant. They provided adaptors in the room. The staff are helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool and deck chairs. Great location with lots of food and shopping around. Lots of TV channels in the room TV, with Korean channel, English channel, etc. Check out was at noon! They change the towels daily though there is no need to do so. The bed is very comfortable and you get two soft and comfy pillows per person!

Slippery tiling throughout when wet . Typical of bali . Pool ladder . Not easy for older poeple to enter and exit pool .

The mosquitoes were a killer!!

Loved the location. So central to everything. I also loved how it’s so away from the hustle and bustle yet so central also. Once you walk through the doors to the resort, it’s like you’ve been transported to another part of Bali, the more quieter and peaceful part.

Too much mosquitoes. They could have spray the apartment with mosquitoes spray and or leave a mosquitoes spray can in the apartment. Too much mosquitoes

Pool has little or no shade so gets very warm and provides little respite from the heat

Some of the amenities are a little 'tired' but the pool is fine and the staff are attentive.

Excellent location. My second stay here. Excellent value for money. Great restos, bars, gym, laundry nearby. Clubbing nearby but far enough away to have no noise.

If I had to find fault the breakfast is basic but there are plenty of dining options right in your doorstep. WiFi in rooms doesn’t work very well

Set amongst beautiful lush tropical gardens are traditional style oversized bungalows , whilst they may be a little dated they are clean with comfortable beds and good bedding . The pool is huge and well maintained
