The price was quite high.

It was my second time staying at Anara Airport Hotel because I need to connect from the international to domestic flight on the next day. The hotel was connected directly to the check in area of Terminal 3. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is acceptable. The selections were all Indonesian. I liked the soup, the noodles, and the plain omelet. (They do not make omelets to order.) I would have loved whole grain bread and more fruit (such as bananas).

The room was quiet (except for when a neighbor's alarm went off at 4 AM and their door slammed at 4:30 AM). The shower was clean and hot, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Also, I left my sweatshirt behind, and they saved it for me! Thank you!

The light in the bedroom was too dim and there was no way to make it brighter. It was nice for sleeping but not for reading or other activities that requires brighter light (writing, drawing - kids need these activities!). Another thing was the shower. Water kept coming out to to the bathroom area because the shower box was not sealed properly. It made it slippery

Location! Location! Location!! Very conveniently located by Terminal 3 at the airport. We stayed for 1 night in between flights. It was really convenient. There were stores and restaurants at the airport terminal, made it easy to find foods and needs

Aircon didn't work - this is the second time we've had a room where the aircon was poor in the room. Maint tried to fix it, but only made it marginally better for a short time - after waiting 6 hours for the aircon to start cooling, we called again - they came and moved us to a different room.

Fantastic breakfast spread and options. Must try. Location is amazing for layover and for early flights. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

We arrived at the Airport from Yogyakarta and the domestic arrival lounge is very far from the hotel. There is no instruction board around the arrival lounge and we had difficulties to find the hotel. The best way is to go up to the departure lounge, move to the other end of the lounge (near the international departure gate), go down by one floor and reach the hotel. It is rather hard for the first time users to find the hotel. More detailed instruction by the hotel is necessary.

The hotel is located in the Airport and very convenient. At first, we worried about noises caused by airplane tracking, but not very serious. The room is big enough and comfortable.

No face or hand towels in bathroom. Only 2 bath towels so had to dry face and hands on them. Need to improve on this The TV that doesn't turn off is terrible, a very BAD idea. Right in your face as you are sleeping. Was quite uncomfortable. Did not like. Atleast provide a way to cover it up.

Perfect location for transiting. This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Anara Airport Hotel. It’sa tad difficult to find if you have just arrived by plane but just look for Airport Hotel signs in T3.

Breakfast - perhaps a little bit too ambitious - so much to choose from (beautifully displayed) but maybe it would be better to focus on less selection but more quality. The breakfast coffee was quite disappointing. Maybe this was because Indonesia lost against Iran the night before... for which we are very sorry. Also, there was a strange smell in the lobby/lounge/reception area which I couldn't identify but didn't like. Maybe it was caused by the temporary building works going on in that area in the afternoon.

Dinner was fantastic. I have never had a Lamb Tongseng as good as that! The room was very comfortable, with good lighting for reading in bed, and enough room to spread out the open suitcases.

Nothing, the hotel was exactly what we needed and more.

It is a hotel in the airport. We had a tight connection and needed some sleep in-between flights. It was excellent to arrive in 5 minutes, and walk to your terminal in the morning with out having to worry about getting there on time,

The shower drain is really bad and the room got very wet. Tried to contact the desk and nobody answered I had to use lots of towels is really bad because the hotel is really nice and this makes it bad

The only downside was a leaking shower, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a high level of comfort, and we had a fantastic night's sleep there. Despite the bustling area, guests can still enjoy a peaceful rest after a long flight. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, including exotic fruits not commonly found in Western Europe.
