A bit old facilities with leaking in the sink

Big room, comfortable bad, pillows. Everything was changed and cleaned, after first request. Big bathroom and bath with new ce mirrors, for girls. Bright, quiet space. The territory is amazing, dlfar away from.noise of Changgu. You can reach everything with Grab/bike. Super welcome and friendly stuff, they help me a lot and provide everything what I need. Okay daily cleaning

Location is a Lil futher out from the town However it was not hard to get transport and get around, 24 hour circle k was a short walk away also.

We booked the privet villa, wasn't 💯 privet as people could see in however it was privet enough. Staff was accommodating and when I requested a Lil extra surprise for my bfs birthday they far exceeded my expectations. So easy to communicate and quick to respond.

The two beach towels, though nicely rolled and place on the bed, had a funky order to it.

The room, the art, especially the huge wall painting really moved moved me. This was the best placed I stayed since I landed in Bali 5 months ago.

it’s in between Seminyak and Canggu so if you have a scooter you have the best of both areas the staff were super helpful and friendly beautiful plants throughout the villa the staff kept the place very tidy

Difficult to get around unless you hire a scooter. Food options limited for lunch and dinner at the Villa, so dining out or ordering in is likely each day. Cocktail bar is a fantastic option but not always open/available.

A secluded location with lovely rooms, spacious bathrooms and a fantastic shared pool that’s clean and available at all times. Breakfast cooked for you each morning, great value stay. Huge bed! The staff are all lovely and really care about their guests. Some specialty shops nearby for supplies.

The room looks quite rundown. It's pretty vintage. The bathroom was making a sound and the bathtub was leaking. I was trying to contact the manager if i can get additional one night stay in this villa but the manager was asking me for additional 200k IDR per night as modification fees. I don't think that is logical so I decided to take other hotel.

I love the private pool and the pricing. It's quite affordable. The room was spacious. I can't complain much with the price of 550k IDR per night.

Was a little hard tucked away but just got moped taxi in n out which is so cheap. Very quiet if you need the downtime.

Huge clean room, cute little pool on balcony and staff very helpful. Had a great massage there too.

the overall place in all rooms we have stayed were not really clean. We booked the 2-bedroom villa with private pool. Unfortunately in the night it appears there is a big cockroach infestation and they came out everywhere around the pool. The first night one big cockroach was also found in the bathroom. Then in the morning the private pool was filled with cockroaches. Next evening even more very big cockroaches. 4 in one room and 1 in another. The doors in the building are not closed from the outside so the creatures can easily come in. we were offered 2 new rooms, first upstairs, both rooms were not clean and probably long time not used as there was poo of bats/rats on the beds. Then we switched to 2 separated rooms with 2 private swimming pools. Both rooms were ok, but not worth value for money after the whole horrible experience. The owner should invest in renovating the building and get rid of the infestation. the worst part was that the 2-bedroom private villa was still available on Booking.con after we moved, while we haven’t seen any professionals getting rid of the infestation.

Staff were helpful and friendly, spacious rooms, quiet area. We changed rooms after discovering a big cockroach infestation.

- the private pool was FAR TOO COLD. During peak summer season too. wouldn’t recommend upgrading to it - The dog at reception snapped at my boyfriends hand (I don’t think he’s aggressive at all as he walked with us happily the full street on check out! I think he just doesn’t like to be touched! don’t think he’d bite probably just warning to get out of his space) - the restaurant had so much food choice.. however, we were told at reception they had no food available. no food at all in stock

- rooms were lovely, clean and had a great vibe - the view of the private pool - the bathroom was massive. his and her sinks and a great feel to it - staff were friendly

Some wear and tear reservations could be done to the rooms/property, but still nicely laid out, clean and tidy.

We stayed in the Penthouse "Mimpi" room (upstairs). Very roomy, clean and comfortable Bali traditional style room. Open the doors to the outside large deck and you were welcomed with Tranquil and beautiful view of pool, garden, trees and housetops. Nice and quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Very friendly staff. Lovely gardens and pool. Just bring your own universal plug to plug into their electrical outlets to use/charge your electrical devices. You do need a taxi or scooter to travel to and from, but Seminyak is only about 10 mins away.

staff were great . first room had a facility issue . they could not move me (or reduce price) for first night so have a comp breakfast. then next three nights was upgraded. happy with the solution

Wall has deep cracks No information about private pool and no water resistance matts.big issues with health and safety.very poor house keeping service.toilet and main door broken.fan is very dirty.they haven’t repair even I request couple of times .i did ask to early check out from them also via booking.com but they just ignored.not a good place for human live ,mosquitoes many of insects.not recommended at all

Noise from upstairs water pump made it impossible to sleep/relax. Room size is only half the size promised. It's nowhere near 60m2. No soundproofing.

stayed here for three nights last week when i had my Nov-Dec trip to Bali.Aqua villa is the first stop.Aqua means water,staying here full of water memory,cuz i stayed at bidadari suite with a private pool.actually,the pool is not closed pool like other villa.it just attached to the room,but the view blocked by plants,so rather private,though you may be watched by someone,but it is worth the money,cuz you pay less and get a villa-like experience.the room is big,the bathroom is big too.only the bath tub got problem,cuz the water cant drain away.breakfast can buy on site,i did buy for three mornings.you can have breakfast by the pool restaurant or at your room.i tried both.breakfast delicious,i love its american and continental breakfast,when i had breakfast at their restaurant,their dog came to me,i shared some with it.the next morning,i had breakfast at my room,the dog went to my room via veranda,so surprising,but this time i wouldnt share with it.so it gone.staffs here is nice,they will greet you every time they see you.wifi just ok. acceptable. there is a fridge in the room,also a TV,pics quality not good,but still watchable.the location is out of the center,so very quiet stay here,and with go-ride,it is ok for me,i can go everywhere by go-ride.the nearest convenience store is within 10 minutes walking distance.staying here is full of good memory,now i still miss the pool,very relaxing,will come again for sure.

- There is an evil house dog that should not be hanging out there - The location is just outside of the tourist area, what we wanted but its very difficult to enter Canggu due to the ridiculous traffic from here.

The hotel was much more beautiful than I could have imagined, based on the photo's. The staff was great and picked up any request we had instantly for motor bike hire to fixing the lock on our door. Everything was possible and the team was super kind. We had a great time here.
