The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. The rooms were well set out with plants around each room to have that privacy when needed.

Breakfast was lovely, but a bit too light. We ended grabbing more food from a cafe close by.

Rooms were well layed out, easy to store larger luggage and surrounded by beautiful plants.

Me and my partner have been travelling Southeast Asia for 7 months now and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. We loved the breakfast being brought to our room every morning, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and we often had the pool to ourselves. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Great hotel with lovely welcoming staff. We stayed here for 6 nights and then moved to another hotel but came back to this hotel after only one night away as it was clean with a lovely breakfast and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Nothing but my boy would have liked a little quicker wifi but it I thought it was perfectly good.

It’s a lovely little hotel that is quite, with friendly staff and my tween bit and I felt very safe staying there The beds were super comfy, the air con in the room amazing and the pool is not crowded and lovely to relax in surrounded by plants. The breakfast is delish, especially the overnight oats. Highly recommend. In fact, we initial started 6 nights then moved to another hotel which was more expensive but less on quality and left that hotel to return here. A great place to stay not in the hustle and bustle but close to everything.

Everything was great. Only thing I could say as an improvement would be the breakfast, having to pick from a select menu that changes daily was not great for me as I’m a bacon and eggs person and that is not on the menu

It’s just a great comfortable place. Close to everything without being to to close to the noise ,Good service, rooms cleaned daily , friendly and helpful staff , Hot Shower was the best😂

There wasn't anything that we disliked.

We found the location really good, quite central to everything, yet quiet. The room and bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and pressure great. The fridge was lovely and cold. The overnight oats were awesome. The staff very helpful.

Rooms are really nice, private, cool and the pool is excellent. Many restaurants and cafes opening in the back streets. Focus on environment with free water refills and toiletries. Great value and away from crazy streets closer to the beach. Staff are excellent.

If I was going to fault anything it would be to have a bigger fridge. A bar fridge isn't big enough for a family. More options for dietary requirements for breakfast would be super appreciated and a fan in the outdoor area as it was like a sauna out there, plus loads of mosquitoes.

I was worried about my booking once we arrived in Bali and none of the drivers had heard about the suites. But this place is total value for money. It was perfect for us with our 2 kids. The air con was super cold, the suites had everything we needed for a few nights stay and anything extra was just a few minutes walk down the road. The staff were lovely and it was so quiet. The pool wasn't freezing, rooms were big enough to relax in and the outdoor area for the family room was a nice addition.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Besides the mosquitoes throughout the night while sitting out on the patio for a smoke haha but other than that, there was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast choices were great! I’ve stayed at this location for 2 months, and I would definitely go back! It’s quiet, comfortable, and I felt very safe here. The staff is also so welcoming and their kindness is very much appreciated. Everything in my room was great, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the AC always felt nice.
