The biggest dislike: it kind of depends on your neighbors. If they make noise (even loud talking and laughing in the other room), you will hear it. I think the walls are very thin between rooms. Our room was also on the ground floor and some mornings we were awaken by the other guests. There is also a construction going on next door, which is definitely not their fault, but keep this in mind, its a little loud during the day. The breakfast was not great. Limited options and the portions are also small. The AC did not cool very well, it has to be turned on for an hour or so to cool down the room and because the room was small, it got hot very quickly. So the AC was turned on most of the time. I think you should work on this because there is a lot of energy wasted.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom is nice and modern and again, very clean. The water pressure is good and the water clean. The room size is not very big but honestly it was enough for us. The sheets are clean and the bed is comfortable. They bring the breakfast to your room every morning, which is nice. The pool was clean and there was always someone at the front desk. The wifi was ok, not great but decent. We extended our stay for 2 weeks because we liked it very much. The location is amazing. Quiet, yet very close to the main road that takes you everywhere. Also a lot of shopping centers and restaurants close. There is a really good coffee place right next door! A really good hotel, i would come back.

The breakfast wasn't always great. They have a choice and the one I'd recommend is the muesli and yoghurt. The first floor (ie ground floor) rooms, one of which I stayed in the first night, are a little claustrophobic if you like to see the sky. I recommend the 2nd (ie first) floor rooms, they are absolutely wonderful. I loved this friendly little hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, always available to help. The pool was perfect for laps, and I usually had it all to myself. Most of the day there is some shade from trees, which is great on a hot day. Although the area was noisy with construction going on nearby, inside the room with the doors closed it was really quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent, the air conditioning sublime and the little balcony delightful. The wifi was adequate, better than expected. I had a 2-hour Zoom meeting in my room with no problem at all.

They just reopened not long ago. There were some renovation work in the hotel as well as places around the hotel. it could be a bit noisy during the day. But I believe it would get better after some time. The pool is slightly dirty.

it is very close to a gym called “the bar” which we loved. there is a cafe one block away (5min walk), called warung dedawa, now called Puti coffee. The cafe is really lovely and affordable. Staff were lovely and helpful!

The room continually smelled of sewage, no fan in inside wall toilet, room was pokey and light switch was in a stupid place, on the other side of the entry on the bedhead wall with skinny space between the bed and the window. Curtains didn't close completely. The ceiling was cracked and so were walls in second floor corridor, seemed like earthquakes had damaged it.

Decor and buildings are becoming tried - rooms were comfortable and spacious. Great for families but we were careful of maintaining cleaning and hygiene practices as some spots in rooms were grimy/not cleaned. Overall it was great for the price and location

Location was awesome...convenient to get around and close to Legian, Seminyak, Kuta and on main accessways to other areas in Bali. Very easy to find, pool was clean and cool with shade. Staff are lovely and breakfast options were above the usual basic offerings.

The staff is really loud all day. It starts early in the morning and ends late at night. There are signs about maintaining peace and quiet but the staff doesn’t abide to it. They laugh and yell as they prepare breakfast super early and you can hear it in the room, which is frustrating. It sounds like they’re there to hang out and play more than they are there to help guests with their experience.

We just got Bread butter as there were no veg options at all for hot breakfast. We had to ask for extra bread as they just gave us 2 slices between the two of us on the first day with minimalistic butter . I’d give a zero for breakfast.

We had to refill our mug drinking water ourselves everyday walking down from our room to the reception..that's not a holiday thing you would do when you were told you will get two bottle of water everyday in your room.
