Not sure if it can be noisy, as several sets of ear plugs were provided. It was beautifully quiet the 3 nights I was there.

Lovely bungalows, clean, very well maintained space although it's rather small in size. Good location, 30 minutes walk from Ubud or 5 minutes by scooter. You can rent a scooter right from the location. Friendly staff although they don't speak a lot of english. By far the best breakfast options we had in Bali - kind of gourmet take on classic breakfast dishes, tasty, good ingredients, a la carte choice that you have to take one day in advance for the following day. A big market right across the street + Arma museum next door that hosts legong and barong shows a couple of days per week. Very convenient and at 50 eurs/night a good value for money.

there is a slight feeling of dampness inside the room, pretty much like everywhere around Ubud. I am pretty fussy about this smell though and I was feeling comfortable

I had problems with my door was sliding out, not a big issue but was annoyed for 9 days every time I open the door comes out and I have to slide it back 🙃 doesn't help if u are in a rush 😒

Location is very good , close to yoga barn ,5 min max with motorbike , u can walke but there is no sidewalks with the bike is around 12000 rupees. U have supermarket in front , emergency next to it and few restaurants down the road. U can rent motorbike from them. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast good and I would say very good service and price with that price.

The bathroom/shower was a bit uncomfortable, especially the pebbles. Internet was slow and kept dropping out.

There is not a lot of sound insulation in the room so you may hear noise from the rooftop bar, your neighbor, or the road. but overall this was minor.

This an excellent hotel with an exceptional level of service. The staff go above and beyond to take care of anything you need. some amazing examples of this included: - making breakfast for us several hours after the normal breakfast time because we had been out on a mountain hike that morning - Finding gas for our scooter with late at night after the gas stations closed - picking up our laundry for us one day when we weren’t able to go The staff are like friendly ninjas. They pay attention to when you are in your room or not. They don’t bother you when you’re in there and they clean your room when you leave, even if that’s at 8pm or later. one day they cleaned our room twice - we didn’t even ask. I haven’t seen service this good in hotels costing 10x as much. Other things I loved about this hotel - Room is very nice (we stayed in the Bali villa type) - Location very convenient to restaurants, gym, yoga barn, and other attractions - Property is beautiful with very nice pool and meticulously maintained. - Breakfast was good (didn’t blow my mind like other reviewers said, but still very solid for an included breakfast with good variety of options) ** very spoiled from all the amazing breakfasts we have had in Bali. - We did the floating breakfast one day which was a lovely experience and a great value.
