We loved this hotel. 2 beautiful pools, upstairs for breaky was lovely. Our deluxe room was very spacious, cleaned very well daily, great private balcony. The staff were just lovely people, & nothing a bother. Everything was within easy close walking distance. We will stay here again!!

When I was asking some questions at reception Im not sure they understood.Sometimes I smile and talk with them but one staff member wasn't so friendly with me.

Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices.Lovely dining space overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens.This place is stunning and I love the traditional buildings and stone sculptures.Close to the beach and in a quiet area of Sanur.All day and night dining in the retaurant and all the food I had there was great.

The first thing the Receptionist asked me at check in is why I required twin beds without even saying welcome or greeting me. I explained that a friend might joined me but could not. Anyways I paid same price for a double room.

The hot swimming pool.The water was so hot it made me feel sick.

We liked nearly everything here. Mas and her sister (sorry can't remember her name) were beautifully friendly.The sister was extremely helpful.Loved their smiling faces.(thankyou).

Nothing, I’d definitely stay here again, it exceeded my expectations

It was a great size hotel, not to big , it had 2 awesome pools, lovely rooms, beautiful breakfast area overlooking one of the pools, very quiet hotel, street & music noise was minimal to none. Very close to everything, shops, restaurants, warungs, beach, massage, great coffee shops, everything. Absolutely great value for money, beautiful Indonesian architecture throughout. The staff were all amazing, kind people.

The cleanliness wasnt best. Some of the towels were stained and then the final morning of breakfast on the 1st floor a rat came into the dining area hence my low score on cleanliness.

Limited breakfast options. Some cereal and yoghurt would be great. I ended up buying cereal and almond milk from the supermarket.

I have stayed here many times. The location is great, five minutes to beach and lots of places to eat. The hotel has a great restaurant and nice live music every night. The staff are wonderful and the pool area is lovely.

The room was great, nice and quiet with a balcony overlooking the second pool. Plenty of power sockets, comfy bed, plenty of clean towels and regular room service. Service staff were really efficient and reliable - you never had to wonder what time your room would be serviced - usually done while you're at breakfast ..PERFECT!! Breakfast was good - wide variety of foods but not too crazy like the big hotels. Would like to see some yoghurt and granola on offer next time I stay :). The property has 2 pools, both well maintained and good size. Pool environments are diverse offering different lounge arrangements ...nice to have the options. The property restaurant serve great food, good variety and excellent quality ....all very reasonably priced. Also have live music (soloist) on a regular basis. Property location is perfect. one street back from the beach, short walk in either direction to activities, restaurants and shopping. Reception staff are lovely ...we look forward to our 3rd visit to the Ari Putri

"They didn't clean under the bed, and one of the ladies at breakfast was either unfriendly or unaccommodating. When I requested a takeaway breakfast, I had to ask for everything, and she gave me a disapproving look as if I was asking for too much. Instead, she should have considered that I would also need cutlery to eat from the box and a cup of coffee

Waffel is great at the breakfast, it is affordable and for its price the room actually looks great.

No kettle in standard rooms, rooms were a bit dark. The corner downstairs room is extremely dark but others are ok,

A great hotel which is exceptionally good value. I stayed in a standard room which are a little dark but comfy and have everything you need EXCEPT A KETTLE! This would be my only complaint. The pool is lovely, breakfast was good. A great option for a budget stay

We made the reservation 5 days ahead. And found out when we checked in on the day, the room that we requested wasn’t available. They have put us on different room as they said “we fully booked” how is this happened when we booked for accommodation days ahead, we have an email confirmation from the hotel as as a proof. Bit of inconvenience for us, have to move room the next day specially with two young kids.
