We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Indonesia1. The bathroom door should be clean, spotless without any stains. Free from fungus is higly appreciated. 2. Some walls in the room should have been re-painted. 3. Laundry bags must be present as well.
The breakfast was almost perfect, with various corners of foodies and the staff who were very helpful.

United KingdomPersonally for me some sunbeds around the pool would be good. There were some wooden 'huts' to sit in but they were not comfortable for very long. A sunbed or two just gives another option although I appreciate the pool was often empty. The team were also slow in responding to questions through booking.com
The room was a great size and was very spacious. It was spotlessly clean, very modern and the beds were comfortable. We got into Malang at around 3am and we were able to check in at this time. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and we were especially thankful to the receptionist on our last morning who helped arranged a taxi whilst we ran late for a train!! The pool was big, clean and often empty! The location right next to a large mall was also helpful. This hotel was a great base to explore Malang.

The staff was nice and helpful, they found us a driver to take us to the waterfalls. The room was big, and the bed was comfy. Soundproofing was ok.

CanadaI can’t specifically say there was anything I didn’t like about the hotel, but would have been nice if there were balcony or terrace rooms.
The hotel is located in the center of Malang and is attached to MOG mall which is very convenient. choice of breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

NetherlandsIt could have been cleaned a bit better. I found a lost potato fry of the previous guest in the minibar. But this is forgivable, since cleaning staff get little time to clean up.
It’s linked to the mall. Also, there is a little gym next to the pool/spa. I loved the little gym there. It had towels ready and bottled water and airco. I also think the rooms were really nice and spacious.

IndonesiaOne of the bed sheet was already worn out with holes. One of the coffee cup was littered with something like sand which couldn't come off. Part of the curtain was also torn with a hole. Parking was a bit limited during weekends.
The location was really good within a complex of a reasonable sized mall in central Malang. Access was easy. Room was reasonably sized for 3 persons. A variety of food for breakfast.
