Heaps of mosquitoes this time of year. The aircon in the room was very loud despite turning the fan down on it. We didn't like that the pool pump turned on turning the night and had running water.

Great breakfast with the option to have it in the restaurant or delivered to the room.

Juices they serve in breakfast was not fresh infact they seem to be powder juices.

The location is OK, as the taxi prices in Seminyak are VERY cheap - but it's not super close to bars and restaurants. Truly the only thing we didn't like about our stay was the breakfast. Very small choice, so very repetitive and not particularly tasty...

Lovely villa with private pool - big enough to do a little swimming. The bedroom in particular was lovely, very spacious. As was the bathroom. The staff are charming. All in all, a good choice and excellent value for money.

All the staff members were extremely helpful and polite ! They always helped with a smile. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

Two rats came out at night in my room, heard them every night, and found droppings right next to my luggage. Apart from that apartment was well cleaned every day, including the pool which some villas do neglect. Shower and basin only worked some of the time. Not a big problem when you can jump in the pool, but had to wash hands in bath. Pool pump also broke during my stay. To be fair water is a common problem here. I'm sure the pandemic has been tough for Bali but hopefully they can start reinvesting more in maintenance Aircon was a bit on the weak side for the room size. I was a bit surprised not be asked about my stay during it or upon checkout.

Lovely apartment, very private, with fantastic private pool. Excellent location in quiet street but close to everything. Really comfy bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful reception and maintenance staff. Pub noise didn't bother me and stops at 11pm every night anyway Actually had some great music on although I did get bad food poisoning from the food there.

The breakfast menu wasn't the best and quiet repetitive. Food was average nothing special. Would benefit from new menu with more delicious food. Location wasn't too bad but walking to main Seminyak Rd corner Arjuna Rd where all the shops are, took us approx 15-20 minutes.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and spoke good english. Our room was cleaned well every day. Towels replaced with new ones each day. Secure rooms. Pool was cleaned and chlorine added every day, we could smell it.

I am someone who is so afraid of creepy crawlies so there was a lot of expected 'visitors' like Spider, Lizards, Flies and Mosquito. Suggest bringing a mosquito racket on the trip.

Check in time was 2pm and when we returned to the hotel after lunch at about 1pm ish, the luggage was already in our villa waiting for us. There was a staff who would bring us to our villa.

Price was a bit high.

Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The spa therapists were great. The landscaping/gardens/ walk towards the villa is beautiful and well maintained.

Very nice quiet location near to everything. The villa was clean and comfy. The private pool is 100% private. The a/c worked perfectly. Breakfast was fresh and good. Good value for money. Definately staying here again on our next visit to Bali!

some part of the villa should be renovated, some broken stuff in the pool and some missing pieces of the wood floor which can be dangerous. Internet is crappy and breakfast could be improved.

Breakfast options could have been better.

The Villas were very private and clean. Staff were wonderful and helped with cabs and 2 wheeler and also with our day trip itirenariry. They helped organise a surprise cake along with my partner for my birthday which I thought was very sweet. One of the days, we had to leave at 5 am for the day tour and the staff upon request ensured some sandwiches, fruits and juice were packed for breakfast. Kitchen closed at 10pm so staff recommended the online app Grab from where we ordered dinner. The location also was good, a 15 min car or bike ride from the Seminyak beach. There were some good local restaurants and pubs in walking distance from the villa. Overall, satisfied with our stay.
