Air conditioning units struggled a bit with the heat, I think they need a service or replacing as they were not particularly cold.

Quintessential Balinese style villa with a large kitchen and a beautiful garden and pool to enjoy. So much space for two people and would easily accommodate four people as it has a second bedroom with private bathroom as well. Comfy living space as well. Hosts were excellent and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed staying in this part of Sanur as well, a bit removed from the hustle of the beachside but still within 10 minute drive to that area. Highly recommend this one.

It is really just like in the pictures. Nice and huge villa with a pool. This aparman is well equiped, has everything you need and they keep it clean all the time. There is a really good french restaurant nearby if you stay here. (Parisi French Cuisine)

This is a fabulous villa! Beautiful garden and pool area - very private and quiet. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and kitchen area clean and well equipped for breakfast preparation and drinks. Our host was very helpful and also provided massage service. Location great too, with some nice restaurants in easy walking distance and the beach just a 7 min cab drive. Highly recommend

The place is a bit tired and needs some 'work' the roof leaks and the sink in the ensuite in the twin room leaks. A bit more lighting in the twin room would be better. The kitchen needs a bit of a make over but is doable. Still for the price and area it is more than adequate.

Location is a bit out of the main stream however there are shops and restaurants/bars very near by. If you're not a walker then either rent a motor scooter or use taxis (a bit hard to find). We had a scooter and it worked a treat. The Villa is a bit 'tired' however more than comfortable. The pool is perfect and the bathrooms are lovely. If you chose to use the kitchen facilities for breakfast or dinners make sure you request simple things like a can opener and a fry pan that doesn't look like it came from the 90's. We bought our own pan and cleaning equipment (bleach, scrub brush, another drying up cloth and a sponge). The young lady that looks after the place is delightful and can help arrange just about anything.

great space, nice garden to look at from the bath, lovely gardens and green lawn even has a rock garden on big scale that u can walk through and use the rake was a lovely touch!! supermarket with fresh fruit veggies frozen meat and all sorts of goodies just a 5 min walk along with a few good restaurants/ warungs.

Although there is a supermarket, few restaurants and a spa within a few minutes walk, this villa is a bit away from the town and beach; a scooter is probably needed and can be rented for very cheap.

Very spacious 2 bed private villa with big garden and pool. Large modern bathroom attached to each bedroom. Villa is cleaned regularly, garden is tidied / watered twice a day and pool cleaned once a week. Staff are all lovely and were very accommodating of any requests. Highly recommended!

Be prepared for mosquitoes and little caterpillars due to the large garden. We arrived during the rainy season, so there are occasionally moths at night.But, because the hotel has provided electric mosquito repellant, these aren’t major issues!

I never expected such a low price for a villa with such complete and great facilities! Starting with a large pool, comfortable mattresses, complete kitchen equipment, a large bathtub, a big garden, and a fantastic location! Mr. July Mahendra was extremely attentive from the time he arrived until he left, and he was extremely courteous and responsive. This villa is also situated across from the Pitaloka restaurant, which serves delicious Indonesian cuisine, and is within walking distance of a tiny grocery (about 5 minutes walk). If you're looking for a spot to vacation with four people, this is the place to go!
