We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere were no non-smoking rooms available when I checked in. The rooms offered had very very strong smoke smell. The staff tried to clean the air with perfume and portable cleaner but smell was strong. Made sleeping difficult and made my clothes smell Wifi is poor. I tried in a few places around hotel and it was weak everywhere. Elevators were always busy and slow.
Location and breakfast. Room beds and furniture was modern. Small gym but still nice to have.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Makassar. Not that we enjoyed the streets of central Makassar but the hotel is great when you have to spend the night before travelling to your next destination. The staff is 10/10, kind and always with a smile. The breakfast and the food in hotel restaurant is good. Room feels luxorius and the bed is sooo comfortable.

IsraelThe check-in process was ridiculously long and tiering, and on top of that, they also demanded 100,000 IDR deposit in cash (deposit for what? Which hotel does that?), which made the check-out lengthier than necessary as well. It's very far from the airport so be ready, especially if you travel in rush hour. The room was small. We were given a smoking room against our will, and it sure smelled like it. Won't be back, but that's easy to say, considering we're talking about south Sulawesi rather than Amsterdam.
For a one-night stop it's fine if you have no better alternative, it isn't horrible. Close distance to the center, but not that there's much to do over there anyhow. Hot water and good wifi. The breakfast was nice and big.

IndonesiaI didn't get the room I booked. The receptionist told me that it was because the hotel was full and I thought it might be because I check in late. But I already contacted the property via booking.com (because my plane delayed and I would arrived late to the property) but there was no responses. But during the check in process I thought that the receptionist trying his best to accommodate me since the hotel was fully booked because of nearby events. I didn't book room with a breakfast so I didn't know how's the breakfast.
The room was clean and good with working central AC that easily adjusted. The bathroom was clean and they provided complete toiletries. The hot and cold water worked well. The water pressure in the shower was great; it was rain shower though. The towels were clean and dry. The room had mini fridge that I used to keep my fruits. The view from the room was great. The flatscreen TV had lots of channels. The bed were my favorite; it was so comfy, it wasn't soft nor hard, it was perfect.

PolandOnly one minus with the swimming pool - it looked out like the water was dirty, but I'm not sure.
Good localization, just a few steps from Losari Beach. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are also available rooms for smokers, so for us, that was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

QatarAt the time of booking they agreed to provide a free shuttle bus from the airport but after we arrived 2 days later at the airport and called many times it turned out that there was no hotel driver. Instead the staff offered his friend as a driver but had to pay. We refused and preferred to use an official taxi.

On top of this prices in the bar had not been updated. Advertising one thing and delivering something else seems to be a specialisation of this hotel.

I love that the staffs are professional and making it easy & quick when checking-in and out. The overall cleanliness is great and better be maintained.
