Everthing was perfect!

We stayed 4 nights with our 3yo kid. The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony with a nice view. The staff was really nice and kind. The swimming pool was very nice with a great view, they have towels available for you. The included breakfast is worth, it is buffet and they have so many different options (balinese and western) and everything was very good. The food for lunch/dinner was also really good, we loved their beef rendang and ate it like 3-4 times (it is quite spicy but we loved it). Our kid mainly ate western food, like pizzas, fish fingers (it was holidays, that was ok...). We had all our meals there as the price-quality was really good. The room was cleaned everyday. It is 3min walk to the beach, but we still walked a bit (5-10min) to the beach in front of Puri satrian restaurant, which had more space, less people and less boats. The water here is warm, in contrary to the Uluwatu side. Perfect place for families. The hotel works as a small gallery, it is has very nice paintings and the design is really interesting as well. Very nice place to stay with a fair price, I would stay again!

Nothing it was all good

During our stay in Indonesia we stayed twice. The first time we had a room with a balcony and a super nice few of Gunung Agung. The second time no balcony and the view of a concrete wall. We really enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel Sanur especially our small kids, it was our favourite hotel in Indonesia. + Rooftop swimming pool + Rooms super clean and comfortable + Good aircon + Great breakfast

A little noisy at night from band but I just used earplugs

Breakfast wonderful so many selections . The thing I loved was the staff always happy and gave service way beyond my expectations. This hotel situated in a very central place not too far from the airport, many restaurants and shopping within walking distance

Healthier options for breakfast, e.g. rice porridge, oats and quinoa with stewed fruit, nuts and yoghurt would be a welcome addition to the commercial cereals and breads available.

The artwork and links to the sanur kite festival were brilliant. Loved reading about the artists and appreciating the architecture of the hotel. Loved the outdoor/indoor eating terraces, comfy beds and room service menu.

Lack of shade areas at the pool. More towels at the pool. No seats on balcony in the room.

Great breakfast Room comfortable good use of space. Needs more clothes hangers. Pool area very good for afternoon swims picking up the sea breezes but does need a bit more shading. The staff really made the stay so so good.

Room was very spacious! King bed and comfy! I love the bathroom it’s very spacious as well. Hotel is also very near the beach literally just 5 min walk down to Pantai Sanur. Hotel provided with clothing rack to dry my diving suit. For the price in Sanur area, SUPER DUPER WORTH IT.

The only thing that was very disturbing was that there was a certain smell in the room, specially in the bathroom, which was really not nice. I was looking for mold, but could not find any, however the smell was like that or some kind of chemical (maybe insect repellent) It was strong and very unpleasant. The rest of the hotel was ok, not sure if this was just in our room or maybe in other rooms as well.

The hotel is nice, modern. The staff is very kind and attentive. Pool is amazing. Food (breakfast and also restaurant) is very nice. Location is also very good.

Rooms are not soundproof. Can hear your neighbour and people going up and door the central stairs.

Great spot - easy access to beach. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Restaurant and rooftop bar had good options and was delicious.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic in every way. Everything is 100% The hotel itself, the rooms, the breakfast, the pool and the pool bar and the massage. Everyone who worked at the hotel did everything to make the stay wonderful, smiling and great staff. No one will be disappointed at Artotel.

I was facing the street and a tiny bit loud with motorbikes, but not too bad.

I loved the artsy style, the breakfast amazing! I had just left a dumpy place with a broken AC and this was the back up plan. Everything was pretty great especially location. Beautiful pool and lounge/bar area.

All was good. It would may be be nice if there was a shower to use at the pool, so option to use pool on last day/when no room and to get changed before flight at night, but otherwise great.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great - so much choice. The pool, though small was lovely and always space. My room was ideal for me and so nice that they also gave me balloons and cake for my birthday. The location was also perfect, overall a great stay!! I will be back :)
