Very good. It was the only hotel for around $100 with non-parfum bed linen. As allergic, it's a big problem for me. All hotels cheaper than $100 have smelling bed linen in Sanur.

Infinite swimming pool excellent but not enough sun beds! Forced to visit local beach which was pleasant but a little inconvenience.

The pool got busy fast so just wish there was more lounging room. Was challenging to get more water so we had to go out to stores to buy some.

Great facilities and amenities. Beautiful architecture, creative design and stunning rooftop bar / seating and poolside. Staff are extremely kind and friendly and willing to help. Great location within walkable distance to beach and boardwalk. Cocktails are a bit weak but otherwise great and food is delicious - the beef shortribs are a must try. Breakfast buffet which was included is wonderful!

There was a mixup with my credit card - I received a notice my first evening that I couldn’t use an American Express for my deposit when I asked if it was ok when I checked in and was told yes. The breakfast buffet, the food was good but I also noticed that the later I arrived at breakfast, the food wasn’t hot. The first time I arrived at breakfast, I wasn’t given any instructions so I waited at a table not sure what to do and after no one stopped I got up and figured out what to do by observing others.

At the Artotel, the staff were very friendly and greeted me often. I felt welcomed. The rooms are modern but simple. The balcony was a bit old and odd, and the view wasn’t the best, but I enjoyed it nonetheless (I was able to view the busy street below). The property was so close to the beach, shops and markets which I liked. The spa was amazing! The Drea gave me 2 amazing treatments. The rooftop view, pool, the bar food and entertainment were great!

There was a family of French people who sat together in the middle of the restaurant and all smoked, right through breakfast, on both days we were there. I think a non smoking /smoking section would be good. Maybe the smokers could sit by the open windows at the front rather than in the middle. In room 425, the plug in the sink gets stuck and made it hard to empty the sink. Otherwise, everything was great.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by everyone. Due to our flight time, We were very early and just wanted to leave our bags. One of our party booked a spa treatment. We were checked in and left our bags, went out, returning at 10am. We had coffee in the restaurant and before 11am they had prepared our room which was very welcome. The room was lovely- cool, dark and comfortable with good facilities and funky decor without being too much. Breakfast was included and it was lovely. We had a misunderstanding around happy hour cocktails but Eric was very gracious and sorted it out to our advantage. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The massage we had was great. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked fine. The atmosphere of the whole place was very chill but professional.

The pool area doesn't have many loungers and these filled up quickly. Having a spa on site is a nice touch but the quality of the treatments is not as high as elsewhere in Sanur- I'd recommend going out of the hotel for treatments.

Great location, just minutes from the beach. Rooms were very clean and stylish. The pool area was great and a lovely place to relax, and the restaurant was truly excellent for both breakfast and dinners.
